I got these a while ago, and I have gotten bunch of use out of all of them. Great value for what they are, but they are not 20 ounces. To the fill line, they are exactly 16 ounces. To be perfectly honest with you it all works out for me because these ones ended up being the perfect size for me, but still, that's not the point. I haven't reached out to the company or anything because I like the tumblers and I don't want my money back or anything, but truth in advertising matters, so do with that information what you will. Also, the lids are pretty cheap, but hey, what do you expect for this price? ... show more

The product is good, holds coffee hot/warm for a long time, leakproof, but it's advertised as 20oz capacity, where it's really only 16oz, 20oz of liquid definitely does not fit. For me it's not a problem, I'm only buying 12 or 16 oz cup of coffee, but for people who need more, it's a problem. Maybe Amazon has to check vendors on the accuracy of their advertisement, after all, we buy products through Amazon, so some responsibility is on Amazon too. ... show more

These tumblers are great. I made cute birthday cups for a friend. They are the perfect size, they keep your cold drinks super cold. (In order to achieve the your drink staying cold for a long time you must fill cup to the top with ice) I can't wait to oder more of these for my other craft ideas.
