This product is AMAZING. Be warned that it is NOT dishwasher-safe, which will be a turn-off for some people. But for me, it's been incredible. I have arthritis in my hands as well as other chronic pain conditions. While I enjoy cooking, with all the dietary restrictions in my family I NEED to cook from scratch. That has been a significant burden to do the last few years, as my hands cramp up and my shoulder often pops out of joint. With this product, I can do in minutes what had been taking me an hour or more, and with significantly less pain. Slicing, chopping, and shredding are things I can do almost normally again. I blew my husband away the first time I used this with how quickly I was able to produce beautifully sliced cucumber! He was astonished that I found something that helped so much for twenty bucks. For me, it would have been a steal at twice the price. A few notes from things I've picked up over my time using this gadget: 1.) It does struggle with extremely fibrous materials, which makes sense once I stopped to think about it. If you're chopping onions, for example, I recommend removing the stretchy layer just under the peel before you begin. 2.) If you have something flexible that needs chopping, you'll want to use the grid attachment. You will need to cut it down to chunks small enough to fit inside the grid first, however. (Chives are a great example here. Slice them down to 3-inch sections, then toss 'em on the grid plate and close the lid.) 3.) The lid fits snugly against the plastic container, but they do NOT snap together. If you need to move it, make sure you're holding both pieces, or they will come apart (and make a mess and lose you the contents of the container, if you're especially unlucky). 4.) Use the hand protector when slicing! It took me a bit to get used to, but it does its job well keeping fingers away from sharp blades. 5.) The slicing attachment is the only one with a truly exposed sharp edge. I'd personally recommend storing it the way mine came, with the masher snapped in and the other four attachments in their little box, but at the very least, don't store it with the slicer attached on top if you've got kids or clumsy people in the house. More generally, the variety of attachments is great, and the ease of use, switching of attachments, and cleaning are all high for me. The plastic may not be dishwasher-safe, but it's sturdy enough to not break through incidental use. I don't know how long the blades will stay sharp, but so far, so good. I truly can't recommend this product enough. Even if it breaks tomorrow, it will have been worth it to me, and I'll happily replace it. The time, effort, and pain it's saved me are immense.

I bought this due to not being happy with a slap chop style chopper (it wasn't cutting completely through the onions). This has been easy to use for the most part. Some things I don't like about this particular one is that I have to cut the onion into 8 smaller chunks in order for it to fit on the slicer and when it comes to cleaning it I find it hard to get some of the pieces out even with the tool they have provided to help. Some things I like about it, it cuts very easily and there's a nice variety of attachments to use for various things. Overall, I'm happy with it because it does make cutting onions A LOT easier and more uniform rather than having a mix of big chunks and small chunks if that makes sense!

I hesitated to buy this, but Black Friday/Cyber Monday sold me. I used this as soon as it arrived to dice onion, celery, and carrots (the big guys not the babies)… Holy smokes, I was done in under 5 mins. There’s a little prep work involved, including peeling the onion and chopping the veggies into smaller chunks. Overall, I’ll save hundreds of hours switching to this veggie chopper. 10/10 recommend. You’ll wish you bought it earlier.

The case where the veggies are supposed to fall into is a hard sturdy plastic. The blades and cutters are very sharp so you must be very careful when chopping your food. Even though it is a sturdy material - it’s crucial to hold the entire piece to avoid going to chop produce and the container slipping and cutting you with everything flying everywhere.

I used this for the first time. It is amazing!! Easy to dice onions and tomatoes and cucumbers. I thought the tomatoes would come out mushy but they did not. Easy to clean. It would be nice if all the attachments fit into the container to keep everything together but I’m willing to overlook that because how well it works.

It chops pretty well but you do need to make sure you're using the right size and cut the veggies to size before using, I'm not a fan of needing to hand wash it either
