I have a large bedroom that accommodates this table for my sofa. I use the lift top for using my computer. I question how long this part will work as it doesn't seem to be anchored as well as should be because of the way it is designed. But thus far it is working. As for the other side of the desk it easily extends both ways and I love it. I wish the table tops were actually different sizes. I'd like to see the smaller part the size of the lift top and the lift top working as the current smaller top. I am using this table daily and I am happy I purchased this one.

I waited a while after receiving this table to finally review it because I didn’t know how I felt about it at first, and really wanted to be fair. Once it was set up, I realized it was quite large and a bit clunky for my living room. I also find it taller than most other coffee tables out there, so I had to get used to that. Assembly was ok, though some of the screws included, we junked in favor of some longer ones that made the table a bit more steady. The corners of the table are sharp, and although they included corner protectors, I don’t have small kids anymore, so I don’t feel we really need them. If you inspect the table too closely, you’ll see that it doesn’t line up perfectly in every corner, but at a glance it isn’t noticeable. For all of these reasons, I was a bit disappointed. However, now that I’ve had it set up for some time, I actually really love this table. The compartments allow us to store all the remotes that constantly get misplaced, and everything is right within reach. It has helped to declutter my end tables by not having remote caddies or books just laying around, when you can store them out of sight. The drawer doesn’t slide all the way one way or the other, but I can get it half way on each side, which is good enough to reach all of that compartment. The lift top comes up flat, so I don’t have to remove my electric candles that decorate the lid before lifting. The lid stays up no problem, and although it took a little bit to learn how to close it without tipping the table, it isn’t an issue anymore. The trick is to use two hands to close it slowly and evenly and then it’s really easy. While the table isn’t perfect, I am really glad I gave it a chance. I am very happy with it now, and don’t find it too clunky anymore. It’s a great coffee table!

Exactly what you'd expect- cheaply made but it does the trick. Instructions with spelling errors that aren't clear, but it's easy to figure out. Screws and holes that don't exactly line up, but the wood is cheap enough that you can get around it anyway. Even the stickers to cover up the screws don't match the wood color. Couldn't find anything better with the same size and functionality, so I don't regret the purchase, but I certainly won't be upset when it's time to replace it.

It is also sturdy and durable, with a maximum weight capacity of 440 pounds. This coffee and storage table is also mobile, with four rolling wheels that make it easy to move around the room. The downside or negatives of this table is really the putting together of the lift top portion of the table. The lifts are easy to use and connect to the underside of the table top. The storage compartment of the table does have pre drilled holes where the screws are to go in to make it easy to install the lifts. The issue comes that these predrilled holes are not in the proper location for the lifts that are shipped with the table. Not sure if the lifts are incorrect or if the holes weren’t predrilled in the proper location, but either way if you use the predrilled holes, the lift side of the table will not function properly. This was very frustrating when we were putting it together as the instructions weren’t much help. Err tried everything including turning the tabletop around, changing the lifts to the opposite side (right to left and left to right), we tried turning the table itself around, everything we could think of and nothing worked. We ultimately had to measure, mark and make our own holes in the sides of the storage compartment so that we could mount the lifts and be able to use the table as designed. Overall, I think the VEELOK Lift Top Coffee Table is a great option for people who are looking for a stylish and functional coffee table for their living room. It is well-made and durable, and it has a variety of features that make it a great choice for everyday use.

this took three different people to try and put together because the holes didn't line up and the instructions were hard to understand take over 3 hours for us to figure out how to put it together and with it together it's not as sturdy as we expected. At first glance it actually looks nice but in a honesty I'm very disappointed in this table. The photo I took was of it being completely assembled and again it looks nice but it was a pain to put together and not quite sure how long it will last.

This is a great functional table when you are limited on space. It's pretty plain looking as well. The stand out feature is the lift top amd the sliding side. The lifting mechanism of the big size works on one size but not the other so when you lift it has to be exactly in the middle or it won't go up. The holes don't align so putting the sliding devices on is difficult and may damage it. This is good for a starter apartment or something but overall wouldn't expect this to last long.
