Was told I would receive a refund within four hours of dropping it them off at UPS because the color wasn’t what I thought it was going to be and also the clips were loose on two of wefts. Came unraveled at the end clip literally the first day I wore them. Now after I dropped them off for return, Amazon customer service changed what they said previously and told me its going to be up to 30 days till I get my refund, kind of sucks because I can’t even get different ones till i have that credit back . Just a disappointing experience overall.
