This was actually my second motorcycle helmet. My first one (not this brand) ended up being recalled. As this was my first bike, I did a lot of research on helmets and learned that a full face helmet was safest. What I found, however, is that it blocked my ability to see well into my blind spot. This could be because I'm 50 and can't turn my head as far back as usual. So when I had to buy another helmet I decided I didn't want one that covered my entire head. I have to admit that part of the reason I bought this was the design, like the helmet, my bike is orange and black. But this is very comfortable. I can see in my blind spots now. This helmet is an incredibly refined piece of protective equipment . It came meticulously packed in a box inside a drawstring carrying bag to protect the matte finish. The helmet fit perfectly and is built to a very high level of wearability in terms of fit, comfort , ventilation and ease of use with the quick release chin strap , ear pieces and the sun shade which easily went over my glasses! I just received the helmet. It fits very snug, which I prefer, yet comfortable. I'm sure that the liner will loosen a bit in the first few months of useage, but it's snug enough that I do not believe that it will be an issue. I'm also pleased with the brown indian design, the ear cups and the two supplied visors and especially the carrying bag, which I was not expecting. The chin strap latch seems well designed, easy to close and easy to release with the red nylon loop tab. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I haven't used it enough yet. The media could not be loaded. The built in visor is so nice! My hands were wet and trying to show it down while filming was tough but its really easy to pull up n down I hope they send me the right size!

I love the helmet and it fits good, But even though the crack doesn’t hurt the helmet in the spot it is at, it’s still a bummer to pay this money for something that comes in damaged with no way to message the seller.
