The washer I wanted was gone and this became what I needed. Once you have reached the desired water level, the washer machine takes over. Doesn't take up a lot of space. I would by the wheel dolly! Very, very good quality for the price. My clothes smell wonderful! Way better than a laundromat.

Well the first one I bought was completely defective by way of when I put water in to fill up the machine the water would rush straight through and out the bottom and I was wondering how could it be…. So I tried to mail it back to get my money back but after some communication with customer service they said don’t worry about sending the machine back and we will send you a replacement and it came in 3 days and when I plugged it in and connected the water it worked perfectly.very nice machine ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So this machine is BIG I received the machine three days after I ordered it from Amazon I’m giving it 4 stars because once I opened the box there was a crack on the machine itself just outside of the body of the machine. Nothing that would stop the machine from working but still the body of it is fragile . The machine is very easy to use. You can wash really large, comforters and large loads of clothing I must say if you live in an apartment, you need to get a dolly to move the machine. It is quite heavy. It weighs about 60 pounds. I’ve got a dolly and added padding underneath, so the machine can drain into the bathtub so far so good but the outside of the machine is very fragile so you need to be careful how you manage or move it for it not to crack. otherwise it is amazing. I can wash my comforters and I have queen size bed, but I use king size comforters, and I’ve been able to wash them on this machine. Usually I would spend around $40 a month at the laundromat and now I feel like I can definitely get all my washing done here there’s no dry feature but once you drain everything, your clothes are almost 90% dry so you have to hang them up if that’s an issue you should not purchase this machine, but I love how my clothes come out clean and after an hour or so my clothes are dry and they smell amazing so do I recommend this machine yes 1000% but you must get a dolly to move the machine back-and-forth if you live in a small apartment I was lucky to get a dolly under $20 from my local hardware store and now I can move my machine from the bathroom to the kitchen and so on this is an amazing purchase for anybody that has a small place and if they don’t mind hanging up their clothes to dry for an hour or so I am so happy that I purchased this machine for what I paid for and what I spent doing laundry in the past, this machine will pay for itself and after 8 Months best investment ever ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It worked well the first two times I used it. I received it March 17th used it twice the 18th and when I went to use it again on the 21st it started to shake I went through the troubleshooting, checked everything ran it again and still did the same thing.
