The 4” width of this is perfect for folding in half to make the neck facing of a kimono. It’s flexible and soft enough, I’d give it 5 stars but it’s still got the feel of polyester/synthetic, which of course it is. I might not use it with a real silk charmeuse robe but it’s fine for an all poly job like I have pictured. Lovely deep navy/midnight blue shade.

I am not a crafty person per se, but I wanted a meaningful and low stress wedding. It was easy to make "roses" with a little time, thread, floral wire, and online tutorials. I wanted a bouquet that was not too delicate for a winter wedding on a cold rocky beach. The white flowers are from my parent's wedding decades ago, so we have a family tradition of "tacky" but durable weddings (and marriages). Additionally, we literally tied the knot in a hand tying ceremony with ribbon ropes braided around sentimental paracord (military family) to symbolize our family tartans.
