This bookshelf is so beautiful. It wasn't difficult to put together just a bit time-consuming and messy. Not much more so than any other furniture I've assembled, though. I like that this was one compact, as it fits perfectly in the space we need it to. Holds a LOT of stuff, and every shelf is adjustable except for the very middle one. We anchored this to our wall so our toddler can play with the bottom shelves and it won't fall over. The stickers are a little difficult to remove so we just kept a few in there. They're not noticeable. Stability at a four because the back is a flimsy sort of wood, so if we didn't anchor it I feel like it wouldn't have enough weight to keep it from falling over. We also have it on a carpet but a hardwood floor would keep it more stable. ... show more

I’m a Bookaholic and this is my favorite bookcase! I even bought a second one! I love the design and sturdiness plus it was fairly easy to put together although at one point it took two people to stack the two halves! The back slides in instead of having a 1000 tacks to hammer in! Great value!

Needed a bookcase for my daughter's first apartment and didn't want to spend a fortune. For the price I would say this exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to put together and it is sturdy and nice looking. She is very happy with it.

Annoying stickers on product. It tore the backing in one little spot, goo gone got the others off. Otherwise no complaints. Love the rustic color!

This was very easy to build. Also, its heavy and have more depth space than what I expected. Just didn’t like the back cover since it’s has a paper-like wood style and was folded when taken out of the box. However, so far very good and worth it for purchase.

The shelf itself is nearly perfect. I love the color. It's easy to assemble. The directions are mostly pretty clear. The last step where you put a screw through a piece of plastic to provide stability to the backboard was pretty unclear, but I got it figure out. The shelf would look absolutely perfect, but for one really, really bad decision they made. I was only going to dock one star, but honestly, the review should hurt a little. They put these really big ugly stickers on the inside of the shelf, near the top, where they are clearly visible to anyone looking at them. Fortunately, I was able to remove the big ugly yellow one without damaging the wood paneling look. The big ugly white one shredded during removal. I got most of it off, but it's a blemish and an eye sore. My prevailing luck with the white one was that I just happen to put a group of taller hard cover books on that shelf and the eye sore is safely hidden behind them. This is a really thing easy thing for the manufacturer to fix. The white warning label can just as easily go on the back side of the shelf. It does not need to remain in view of anyone who looks at it at all times; despite what they may think of this. Second, the yellow sticker doesn't need to be a sticker at all. That could simply be included as additional packaging and let the owner discard it. All that said, I can't very well leave a bookshelf review without including a shelfie. Yellow sticker removed and ugly white one covered up, I think it looks really good. ... show more
