Stools seem to be well made, and look good, very sturdy. Despite what manufacturer says, assembly is not easy - directions are not clear. For me assembly was hit or miss, and exasperating. But, I do like the stools!

These stools look great at my white and gray speckled granite counter top!! I enjoyed the slight challenge of putting them together myself. Their simple, clean lines and smooth material look very nice and they wipe clean easily. I don't anticipate putting much heavy wear and tear on them as a single slender person, so I'm not sure how they'd hold up against everyday usage by kids/families/etc., but I definitely like them for me - so chic! ... show more

My rating is not on the reduction itself but for the seller’s return charge that is not clearly disclosed during purchase. The item is nice enough but just nit the right style for my room. Upon initiating a return, I found there is a $24 return charge.

Once I finally got these, they worked out great. It took a couple of hours for me to put them together, but otherwise they are awesome. They are comfortable and the perfect height for my counter. If I could buy a single one, I would get another.
