I love this filing cabinet. It's pretty, I can put my printer on top of it. It is well made. It is roomy. My old filing cabinet was metal and just fit standard letter papers. And I mean just fit. The sides of most of my documents were dog eared. This is adjustable for regular letter and legal size paper. I chose letter, so I have room. I have my documents I access regularly in the top cabinets. No bending over! I can sit and access easily. .The directions are a bit sketchy. It did take some time to put together, but the husband is handy and with minimal help from me, had it done in a flash. Didn't time it. A few hours. With beers. For me. This took me 4 hours to put together because it is all Allan key and the one they give you doesn’t even fit! My hands are bruised from trying to just twist these in. After all of that it is completely unstable unless anchored into the wall, it falls forward whenever you over a drawer. Ridiculous for the price. I wish I could just return it but taking it apart for another 4 hours is not even worth it. ... show more

    • 2 drawer version - draws don’t fit

After a few hours of building (which is mostly spent spinning a miniature Allen key to sink 30+ 3 inch bolts), I went to insert drawers and they much too wide. The drawers are flushed wheel tracks on one solid piece of wood, not much room for error but even after loosening all exterior screws and prying on the sides we are still unable to fit drawer inside. Currently just coping with fact that I’m gonna have to spend a few hours of my life disassembling and repackaging to return so thought I’d save someone else the trouble in the meantime. ... show more

Most the screws didn’t work and the drawers are different sizes so one doesn’t fit. Tried to get a return and am told it will take up to 30 days to process the return and another 5-7 days after that for the refund.
