The instructions are lacking - even though everything is pretty straight forward. The orange pieces for the footing are missing. When you go to add the bar for the rubber feet - there is plastic piece spanning across the gap blocking the bar from fitting in (this is where the instructions could clarify). I'm not sure if people removed the black feet or broke that plastic piece so the footing bar would fit. Construction seems fine and it is very user friendly in operation. A bit heavier than I had anticipated but not bad. I had gotten this one specifically because of the wider and very sturdy looking footing. This will be consistently used for crawl space access at a fairly steep angle on various surface types.

The telescoping feature makes the ladder easy to store, and easy to transport in my RV. It goes up easily, and is adjustable in 1' increments. The stabilizing feet to a good job of keeping the ladder mostly stable during use. Taking it down is a bit tricky, as it doesn't collapse completely until the final - lowest - rung button is pushed.

Screws weren’t the right size, too long. Heavy and cumbersome. The rails close to hard you could easily break a finger if they werent completely out of the way. Very easy to get your fingers caught. No handle or good way to carry it. No way to lock the length. If you pick it up while it’s partly expanded, the rest of the rungs expand.
