The media could not be loaded. This is a fun stunt car that can do some great tricks once you learn the basic controls and principles. I got this for my 5-year-old son's birthday. The full range of controls are a bit advanced for him but it's a nice step up from his simpler models and he will have plenty of time to grow into it. My kids especially like hitting the "demonstration" button and watching the car go wild. This kind of car requires use of two joysticks most of the time - one for each side of the car. To go in a straight line, you'd use both joysticks equally, and giving dominance to one side allows you to turn and do tricks. You can also make use of obstacles, or use the momentum from rapid changes of direction to tip the wheels up or flip the whole car over. The instruction sheet gives a good starting point and you can also run the demonstration mode to see ideas of things to do. It was a lot of fun for me as the dad to learn, and I hope to teach my kids more about it. The lights look really great and can be turned on or off via the remote. I like the thick black tires and the overall design. So far this car seems durable and can handle some rough play. One thing that I don't love about this and some other RC cars is that you have to completely remove the battery to charge it. This means keeping a small screwdriver and a custom charging cable readily on hand. You have to unscrew the battery panel, make sure not to lose the tiny screw, and then hook up the battery to the cable and plug it into a USB port. It would be so much more convenient if it just had a standard USB port in the side of the car, but I can understand that there may be cost factors at stake. I am very appreciative that this particular product comes with two batteries though! That is a huge help, so when one runs out, a replacement can be ready to go immediately. Overall this seems to be a well made car that has a lot of fun movement potential, and it's something kids can grow into while learning different moves and tricks.

I bought the VanSmaGo Remote Control Car for my 8-year-old nephew, and he absolutely loves it! The car is durable and performs well on all terrains, making it perfect for outdoor play. The 360-degree flips and stunts keep him entertained for hours. Plus, the strip lights and headlights add a fun touch. Admittedly, I did not expect this toy to be so much fun. I don't really think RC cars are fun because of how basic they are, but this one is a blast. The kids, teens, and adults liked it, and seeing it running around the house was almost as much fun as actually driving it. If you are interested in this product, I do recommend you try it out.

Got this RC car for my 3.5 yr old grandson who loves monster trucks, Matchbox cars etc. Even though he's well below the recommended age, he couldn't love this car anymore. He sleeps with it. It is Unstoppable and quite powerful. He loves you can turn on or off the LED lights. He drives it on the driveway, in the house, on the couch- pretty much everywhere! Comes with two 3.7 volt lithium batteries that are rechargeable in a standard USB plug using the adapter that comes with it. You do have to remove the battery to charge it, but it lasts a long time so it's not a big deal. He gets at least 20 minutes maybe slightly more out of each battery and they recharge fairly quickly. Guaranteed hit!
