I have to keep my usb plugged in all the time in order to get that brightness. The batteries alone are NOT bright enough. Plue you have to use BOTH in order to get that brightness. It would be better if I was only able to use one or the other for that brightness. Nope. Other than that it is fine.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I use it everyday for makeup. 5/5? Yes. Out of 10 though? More like 7.5/10 Pros: - Bright - I LOVE the touchscreen - Great price - Ability to use batteries Cons: - Gets dirty really quick (touchscreen) - Can’t use the small close up mirror, it takes up too much space. - Base gets very dusty Added points: - Battery life is good, not great. - It’s not heavy? But I wouldn’t describe it as light weight... it’s like the weight of a full water bottle. - I wouldn’t travel with it, the base is too large. The media could not be loaded. It came in very well packed and easy to set up. I bought the color white and it’s very sturdy + high quality for such good price! It doesn’t come in with a battery but it’s still good because you can use it by connecting it with the cable it came with. No battery needed! In the video I show how you can adjust the brightness by hold on to the power button. Normally, you only have 3 options but for this one, you just need to hold the button and release it at where you want it to be. So technically you have multiple options!!! ... show more

I really like the mirror. Took 1 star away because I thought the USB would charge it without the batteries but the USB only acts as power cord for the mirror. You either have have 4 AA batteries or have it plugged in.

This mirror looks so classy for me. But the brightness ain't working for me. I tried it all the way to it brightness and it is not that bright. And the bottom part of the mirror, which is the stand, i wont able to bend it for travelling, so its kind of bulky. When you snap it in to place, you cant take it off again. It would be hard.
