It got very damaged, probably during shipping. There are deep dents and creases in the padding/cups. It was shipped in a paper envelope, not a box or a bubble envelope. Also the color is not a light pink, as pictured, it’s more of a beige. Disappointed. It seems to be made well. The fit is good and it seems like it would be really comfortable. The cups are not removable to try to get the dents and creases out. I also purchased another one of a different color that was shipped separately. It also had deep dents and creases in the cups, probably from being shipped in a bag. Very disappointed. I have two more of different colors coming soon and I really hope they are not carelessly shipped and arrive in good condition, or I will probably be returning all four of them, unfortunately. **Update: I received the other two and they don’t have creases and dents.
