This backpack is perfect for traveling. There’s a lot of space to pack your belongings, and how it zips open all the way on three sides and opens like a book is awesome for quick packing and unpacking. The front compartments are super roomy and can fit multiple notebooks, a sketchbook, a pencil case, and phone charging plugs & cables with plenty of space to spare. They’re easy to access and I can imagine them coming in handy when you’re on an airplane. Not only is it super utilitarian, it looks really nice. It’s not dumpy looking at all like a lot of luggage-type backpacks do. It comes with 3 different sizes of packing organizers, which is very useful. If you like to pack light with just a backpack, this is perfect for me and I’d recommend it.

I bought this to go backpacking around Italy for two weeks. I would say this is an amazing purchase. There are straps within the main storage that tighten your clothes and make it more compact to fit other items like shoes and toiletries. It is pretty durable also. It has withstood a lot of traveling and there is maybe some blemishes at the bottom. I also started to use it as my luggage to travel since the backpack straps make it so easy to carry around. I recommend!

I purchased this after using a similar style from another vendor that fell apart on my first trip. This backpack is very sturdy and well made. I like the ability to zip it open like a suitcase, rather than just stuffing from top down like many backpacks. It's also easy to see what's inside. The computer/business pocket is a little much for me - I could've done with less pockets and would prefer to use the space for a variety of items. The dimensions work well as a "personal item" for many US airline regulations, which is great. The thing I liked least is the weight of the item - the fabric used, linings, multiple computer pockets, etc make this probably twice as heavy as other backpacks I've used, which isn't wonderful. Still, there are lots of great features, and I think it will last for a long time. I also love the strap that fits over my roller-bag handle which makes it easier to move both through an airport. Also love the color, and the front top pocket is nice and deep, to hold snacks and other things I'd like to access on long flights. The longer two zipper pockets below it on the front are more limited, although one was nice to hold my cables and related technology. Again, because of the heavy material used plus the lined pockets inside, it's not as flexible. Still, it's a keeper.

I’ve purchase several bags on amazon and this one has been my favorite so far. Great compartment space and 4 cinches on the to squeeze it thinner! Love that! Plus the additional smaller bags to pack separate items inside. Great bag, but……the separate compartment bags don’t fit within the bag. You end up having to squeeze them in there to make them fit on the flat surface with one on top. Then the bag is higher on one side than the other. That usually works for me since it put my toiletries bag and then it evens out. Great backpack tho thru the airports and fit flat in every plane I’ve been on with it. Even the small ones. I never have to worry about gate checking. Wished a differ color but it works.

This is a great bag. It holds a whole lot of stuff. It’s useful to have my hands free for holding or rolling another suitcase while navigating airports. So I usually bring a backpack as a carryon. They often don’t hold much. This bag does. It’s a suitcase in its own right. I like the ability to store the backpack straps internally when not in use. They snap on and off easily at their ends. They adjust length with ease and can be stored without any hassle at all in a zippered compartment near the upper part of the case. All of the zippers are large enough to grab easily and they work very smoothly. A big deal for me. There are many compartments for stowing different things. I don’t know what to put in all of them. But I’m sure other people would have more use for them. It’s kind of like the Baggallini tote my wife travels with in that way. The extra packing bags within are a useful bonus if not exactly as heavy duty as the main bag itself. They will last a few trips at least. It’s surprisingly comfortable in backpack mode considering just how much weight I have managed to pack in there. A clever addition are the little straps that snap both backpack straps together in the front. These have worked great at keeping the main straps from sliding off my shoulders. That’s a very smart idea. I wish the computer backpack I use daily had this feature. Overall I like this bag a lot. I have purchased much more expensive luggage with less space inside. But I couldn’t resist the price of this thing. I had to order it and give it a try. I’m glad I did. It would be nice to be able to choose other fabric colors.
