My fiance and I ordered the 48 piece set (red) and it arrived pretty quickly and it came in 2 different boxes. They were decently heavy boxes so I'm really happy they split them into two shipments. Very thorough in their packaging, everything in their own boxes with padding between each dish. Oh my lawd, the red and the swirls were beautiful. It totally matches the kitchen aesthetic that I'm going for. I did however notice a single mini chip on the inside of one of the bowls, so I messaged the help and they got back to me pretty speedily too. After explaining the issue, I asked for a replacement bowl, to which they told me they didn't have any spare bowls of my set. So they gave me 3 solutions and I chose the second solution, which was replace the chipped bowl with a new set of bowls. I got to keep the chipped one too. I chose the blue and white swirly ones...holy crap. Literally, I'm not joking, I told them the bowls I wanted and they sent them over night. Like I got the message they sent it at 2am and the next day, early morning it was on my porch. Insane. Anyways, I love both sets of items I got from these people. The blue and white swirly have a really dope feeling and texture too. 10/10. Also they work well in the microwave, I haven't tried any of the other things but honestly as long as it ain't burning my fingers when it comes out I'm happy. Like the bowl will get hot but like...food is in the bowl...it's getting hot which means the bowl will also be warm because the food is. ... show more

This is a very petty set. It has the variety of small and large plates, as well as, the bowls. This is currently used as an every day set, and holding up very well. All items have held up through microwave and dishwasher use. The large flat bowls we almost never use which is surprising as other sets I have used this item the most. This set has more flat plate area with curve at the edge, so more slightly high rim on a plate then a flat bowl. ... show more

    • Amazon refunded due to multiple broken items on arrival
I ended up having to purchase these dishes from a brick and mortar store because shipping via Amazon store took a long time and when they finally arrived, FOUR dishes were broken into pieces (despite being packaged really well). I didn't have time to wait for a replacement set to get here as i purchased these to use for a special occasion. The seller wasn't helpful in my communications to try to return the damaged set for a refund. After 3 unsuccessful attempts with the seller, i contacted Amazon directly and they refunded me in full less than 24hrs. later. The dishes themselves are beautiful. They're not lightweight but not too heavy. They don't hold up well, however. They chip pretty easily. Although they are rated as being microwave safe, i don't recommend it because they get very, very hot and you can easily burn yourself trying to remove anything that's been microwaved for a minute or more. Also, the glaze on the outer surface has been hit or miss. It appears as though the glaze might have affixed to the surface it was dried on and peeled away when removed. The smallest bowls all came this way. The areas that don't have glaze coverage stain easily. Overall, i wouldn't recommend this set. In the 4 months I've been using the set i bought locally, i now have 2 chipped plates and 3 small bowls with stained edges because of improper glazing. And for families with young children, you definitely shouldn't risk buying these. ... show more

I love the dishes! They’re light to medium blue concentric circles w thin white circles in between. There are a few scattered brownish dots over each dish. They see very delicate- I’m disappointed in that ( no fault of dish maker) because I was hoping for heavy dishware u wouldn’t have to worry about breakage. They are definitely NOT clunky, thick ovenware. But beautiful to me, more delicate, and even elegant… and I’m so happy w them. ... show more

These dishes look nice and they do their job. A few things that knocked down the number of stars: -There is a rim on the bottom of the dishes that is not finished/glazed. This area takes longer to dry than the rest of the dish and feels rough. If you’re not careful, it can leave rings on a wood table or scratch it. -These dishes get very hot very quickly when microwaved—moreso than any other similar dishes we’ve had. -They chip fairly easily. ... show more

We really love the color and durability, weight of these dishes. However, the bottom of all the dishes seem to leave a 'sweat' ring on tables and counters when hot food is placed on them. It's a little annoying on the counters and very annoying on the wood table. I'm planning to seal the bottoms of each dish in the hopes that will solve the 'sweat' ring issue. other than that, we have been happy with the dishes. ... show more
