The dishes were beautiful. One of the smaller ones had a disruption in the pattern. They did not have a replacement plate, and I was refunded $15. Then one of the dinner plates had a chip after being placed carefully in the dishwasher. Again, sane pattern not available. We ordered two sets of these dishes, and they are absolutely beautiful. The description on Amazon was exactly as the dish set appears. The only problem was that one plate and one saucer were broken. The dish sets seemed to be well packaged, but arrived broken. Apparently, Amazon is aware of this problem as there was a warning on the sale page that this could happen. Amazon refunded the cost and we did not have to return the unbroken dishes. I will be ordering another set of these dishes as soon as Amazon places the refund amount in my account. I thought the pictures were awesome online but these are even more spectacular in person! There are variations in color which I already expected from other reviews and the photos. So we got these yesterday. They are gorgeous! That feel like someone ceramic coated hammered copper. They are not perfectly round edges as it appears they were designed to look hand made.
