For the price point these plates (I bought everything, but the mugs as they aren't available darn it) are FANTASTIC. They have an adequate heft to them that let's you know they aren't melamine, but not too heavy that they're ridiculously hard to handle. This is how real dinnerware is made. The colors are perfection. What they've brought to my dining room table presents a calmness and yet cheery atmosphere. I've had absolutely zero problems w/them in the dishwasher or microwave. I haven't tried them in the oven. The simple design makes them flawless. It's not too little or too much. All I know is I would buy 1-2 more sets of everything, again, IF my husband would be okay with it 😆 Seriously though. However, we're redecorating and... budgets *sigh* We ALL love them and would 10/10 highly recommend. I should caveat that I am SUPER picky and rarely rate anything with 5 stars. I ordered 2 sets of plates. They were very securely shipped but one plate had a bubble in the glaze that had chipped off. The customer service people were wonderful - fast, helpful and had a replacement out to me in under 3 days. They also saved me the trouble of having to re-pack all the other plates for return. I like the dishes over all. I am unhappy with 1 of them. It shows a crack forming I side the glaze in the back and I can feel it in the front. I live in a camper 6 months a year that is on bricks so it never moves. All dishes are done by hand. Not pleased cracking when there is only 2 of us and hand done only. Company contacted me and have taken care of the issue. They were quick, kind and VERY helpful. I WOULD use this company AGAIN! THANK YOU!!! ... show more

    • Unfinished Bottom Retains Water

These look great. The colors are beautiful. Size is perfect. However, the bottom rim is not finished. After washing, either by hand, or in the dishwasher, they retain water due to that unfinished trim. Even after thoroughly drying, when you stack them in your cabinet and come back an hour or a day later, the water that was retained ends up on the one stacked below it. Very disappointing. I suppose I’m going to have to stack some type of cloth between each one so that I don’t end up with mold. Terribly disappointing because the items are really beautiful. I bought the dinner plates, the salad, plates, and the pasta bowls, the issue exists with each of the items. Very sorry that I threw away the packaging and now I can’t return them due to this issue. Two stars because they are pretty and the bright colors offset my black and gray kitchen. UPDATE: the seller contacted me regarding my review and offered a replacement. I have updated my review from two stars to four stars due to the responsiveness of the seller. ... show more

I like the assortment of bright colors that are included in this set. I was very disappointed because one plate chipped quite a bit and another got a couple of small chips. I let the company know about this problem and they took care of it immediately. I was pleasantly surprised that they not only replaced the two damaged plates but they sent me a whole new set. I hope the chipping was just a fluke and that I will be able to enjoy these plates for years to come. ... show more
