18 1/2 neck and 34/35 sleeves fit nice. By ordering that size neck and sleeve, it arrived as a 2XL shirt. The body of the shirt was very loose and roomy. I don’t know how to get this shirt in a smaller size and still get the right neck and sleeve size. But it’s a nice shirt. I’ll keep it because I’ll be wearing a suit jacket over it for my job. ... show more

Size: 16.5" Neck 34"-35" Sleeve Color: White
As you might expect from Van Heusen, this is a quality shirt at a great price. For me, the material is a bit thin, but when you consider the price, it's about right. The material is comfortable and not at all scratchy - I've always liked poplin weave. It looks dressy and certainly can be worn casually. I got the white, and the color is bright and kinda pops. It seems to be fairly wrinkle-free if I get it out of the dryer in time and don't over dry. I think the light-weight material accounts for that. The fit is great. I have a 43" chest and usually wear a 16 or 16.5" neck and 34/35 sleeves. I think the 16" neck would have been too tight while the 16.5" I bought is as close as I can get - still can button the top button easily and doesn't look sloppy worn with the top unbuttoned. And the 34/35 sleeve length is perfect. ... show more

Looks good! I'm 5'7 at 230 had no issues. Comfortable fit, neck not to tight. Buttons are smooth, with no issues fastening.

I normally buy an 18" collar with 34x35 sleeves. This one feels like at least a half too small if almost a full size small. Even the sleeves were tighter around my arms then I am used to. The chest was close but definitely not what the size chart has listed. Maybe you will have better luck then I did but for me, this one in White just didn't work out. Amazon is exchanging for a larger size. Otherwise, I think Van Heusen still makes a good quality dress shirt for the price. ... show more
