    • I have a 23 1/2" circumference head and this fits! Not too snug, just right by my standards.
Size: X-Large Color: Khaki
Snug but not tight. Might blow off in a strong wind but that's what you get for comfort. I held back one star just because this is an early review and I want to see how it wears.

    • Best Hat Ever
Size: X-Large Color: Pewter
I love this hat. It not only looks and feels great but the folding feature allows me to carry it in a pocket or bag and pull it out when needed.

My husband likes this hat. This is the second one he has bought.

    • Not waterproof
Size: Small Color: Black
Folds into a small pad that can be put in coat or jacket pockets. Just wish the material is a bit stiffer and more water proof. The hat material is so thin that it collapses when wet.

    • LOVE IT!
Size: X-Large Color: Black
This is a cool hat. Love the shape, the fabric, the fit is perfect. As heads go, I have a stupidly large one (7+3/4), I should have been an actor...lol. But this sucker fits great, and no headache from being too tight. Love how the bill has a clever device embedded that allows it to fold for packing, or stuffing in a purse. Great color as well. ... show more

    • Nice travel hat, sizing was off
Size: Large Color: Fatigue
I’m a big fan of cadet caps in general, and the Outdoor Research brand in particular. I’ve owned a waterproof version of this hat for years that goes everywhere I travel. It’s a bit hot sometimes so I decided to pick up a non-waterproof version in a different color. The hat is lightweight and designed to fold in half and easily sit in your back pocket or a backpack when not in use. It has a lower profile that looks good on me, whereas baseball caps sometimes swallow my head and make me look 14. The only issue I had was sizing. My other O/R hat was a large, but this large was way too big. So back it went for a Medium, which is a bit tight but will stretch over time. O/R must have changed its sizing over the years, so check closely when you order. I paid $22 for this, and have noticed that the price fluctuates. So I’d suggest adding it to your cart and let Amazon tell you when the price drops. ... show more

    • More of a cool/moderate weather hat
Size: Large Color: Black
Great in light rain or moderate weather full sun but not breathable enough for use in hot weather.

    • Runs Small
Size: Medium Color: Khaki
The concept and materials used in this hat are tops. The notable issues are that the hat runs on the smaller size of the range with no elastic give. Also one must note that the hat’s brim is very short providing little shade for the face.
