How do you do, fellow kids? My son loves this intentionally(??) ironic Vamtac Men's Varsity Jacket logo and I was pleased with the quality. Well done with cotton colorblock piecing, embroidery and PU patches everywhere--not printed. Frankly, it will outlast the streetwear trend that inspired it, so it's priced about where it should be. Whether the overall wear value warrants the trendy mark up is up to you. Lightweight lining adds no bulk, so it's not a cold weather coat, but fits exactly as a varsity jacket should. ... show more

If truth be told, I got this jacket for a work event where the theme was racing and thought this would be perfect. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and certainly didn't want to buy some cheap Halloween costume either. I'm SO glad I got this Vamtac Men's Varsity Jacket Vintage Letter Racer Jacket! The "Blackair" jacket I got is 100% cotton (not leather (or fake leather) like the other styles) and almost has a "canvas-type" feel to it. The "Blackair" logo across the front of the chest is a crocodile print that is leather which is nice. The fit is true to size and the sleeve length is great. The high mandrin-style collar is great and the ribbed cuffs are a nice touch as well. The buttons are really nice and snap in very well. Talk about a racing jacket though! All of the embroidered patches are stitched very well and plastered all over the jacket to give it that very authentic racing feel to it. I'm quite happy with this jacket and now feel that I will be wearing it many times after my work event! ... show more

This jacket has a few quirks, but I like the style, the fit, the material and think it looks and wears great. I actually like that this jacket lends itself to a race style without committing to any particular NASCAR or other teams or racers. My jacket does have an error on the “C” in champ where white leather is sewn in where it should be black, but I don’t think you would notice it if you weren’t looking. Most of the patches and embroidery look great, until you look closer and realize while some may be real, others seem like misspelled AI versions of racing logos, a little quirky but it doesn’t really bother me. The coat is thin, just a liner, no padding and I find it comfortable. I like the jacket very much. ... show more
