I was in love with thos board. I love the tie down straps both in front and in back and the mount for the camera....I love the 12ft length and the shape of the board. It feels solid and glides well. The paddle is better than the last one I got with a different board BUT I only rode it 3 or 4 SHORT times last year....this year I brought it out once for 30 minutes with a friend who wanted to buy the same one. She fell in love. The next day we went to take it out again but it had deflated completely within less than 24 hours. When I tried to re-inflate it I hear the hissing from the seam where you tighten the lid to seal the air in and water out. It lost 5 PSI in just a few short minutes. How do you patch that? Then I saw some other reviews that were marked off of here that had the SAME complaints.....so I've rode this less than 5 hours total and it's unusable at this point (unless someone knows what I can do). I'm going to reach put to Amazon but I purchased this 1 year ago so I don't think that I'll have any luck. I'm super frustrated and would love if the seller would reach out and make this correct because when you spend money like this and don't even get to enjoy your purchase it sucks! UPDATE: The company saw my review and even after the year and without me having to beg, they are rectifying the issue. I expect a new board within the week! I changed from 1 star to 4....and only 4 because of the inconvenience in the first place but if this board comes in and without issue I'd say the company would deserve a 5 star review for having such prompt and understanding response to this!

I have 2 other paddleboards from other brands. THis one is just as good. No issues after a couple of uses. The pump takes about 15 min to reach pressure. Similar to other pumps I have used. Its not the fastest but works well. SO far so good.

This is my first paddleboard and I was so excited to get a great price on Prime Day. I’ve had it out now a total of five times and I think I can relay my general experience. The second time I took it out, I was pumping it and noticed a hissing air leak around the valve. Luckily, I had taken advice from a reviewer here and ordered Airstop to keep in the repair kit. So I used that all around the valve seal and let it set for a few minutes. Seemed to work and I continued on my way. I’ve used it twice with a kayak seat and really enjoyed that. The last time I went out, I took my GoPro and set that up for my kayak trip. Well I'm really irritated because the camera mount is not only off center from side to side on the nose of the board, it points off to the left. I’ve also noticed some wear in the loops that the bungee cords thread through. Because those aren’t D-rings, there’s stress on the pvc loops where the cord pulls on it. I don’t think those will last very long. I’m also irritated that the carry handle is not centered on the center of gravity of the board. I’m 5’4” so not super short, and I can’t carry it without the back end dragging the ground. It’s really awkward, so I had to buy a carry strap. I have a suspicious area on the side that looks like it might be the beginning of a bulge or weakness so we’ll see how that lasts. Because it’s mostly brackish water near me, I take a gallon jug of water to rinse the board after I pull it out of the water and then dry it with a synthetic chamois that I keep on the car. Overall, I have nothing to compare this to, so for me it’s okay for now. I’m not thrilled but I’m not trashing it either. I’ll keep using it as long as I can, but I’m sure I will eventually be replacing it.

The media could not be loaded. Great overall. Electric Pump is so sweet. I like everything about it but for the camera mount did it suppose to come with the braided to mount it if not which one so I can attach my action camera to it..?!

I was super excited for this board to come but was super bummed when I opened the box. The box looked to be pre-opened and then re-taped up. When I opened it the repair kit was in pieces. I also found that my hose for my air pump was broken and missing the pump nozzle(s) to pump up my board. I would not be surprised if my board itself was also torn but I won't be able to test that until I have a way to pump it up. I don't normally write reviews but I was so bummed about this one that I had to share.
