Put this on a 2025 F150 and it’s started ticking like something was loose inside after about 3 months of having it, it sounds terrible. The valve also makes noise closing/opening. Once the valve is open it’s sounds great.

I was unsure about how much damping would be done with the valves closed, but I can say with confidence that it sounds almost stock. The engine noise covers most of it when it's closed. When it's open, it sounds very similar to a straight pipe muffler but with a little noise reduction.     • Peice of crap. Never worked correctly.

There is a internal rattle when the valve is closed that will not go away. I've had it installed for about 2 weeks and now the valve doesn't close. It's stuck in the open position. It's a peice of crap. Stay away and buy a real exhaust.
