The media could not be loaded. My only complaint, my warmer came dented inside and out. At the drain, somehow it caused my drain valve not to be flush against the warmer but it can be easily pushed back into place. There was another dent on the upper right corner, I couldn't take that one out. Overall, it does not leak from the valve and it works as I expected it to, keeps my food hot and holds a good amount food in each pan; I sliced up 14 chicken thighs in one and it only filled it up halfway ... show more

I had the unit in a box till September. I took it out and it work great till this week. Now it will not turn on. I am really tired of all these products be junk. Go buy somewhere that you can call and talk to someone. Amazon stores are worthless if you have issues.

Our warmer arrived in perfect condition. It's very sturdy. Works great. I love the ability to set the temperature as opposed to settings from 1-9. Also love the drain feature - a definite must. Plans are sturdy and of good quality. No complaints here. Thank you!
