Got this to replace a standing towel holder and get clutter off the counter. Very easy to install - there's a sticky adhesive on the metal plate that seems very strong on its own, but I did want the extra security of using screws also. It was nice how it stuck right in place so I didn't have to hold it there to screw it in. The screws included were too long for my cabinet, they would have stuck out into my dishes, so I used shorter ones and it still feels very secure. You run each screw through a plastic ring that you then tap the metal screw-cap over the top of to hide the screw heads. It looks very nice and clean. The towel holder itself has a wisk-like feature that holds the towel roll tightly and straight upright. (I had bought a simple rod prior, and returned it because the towel roll didn't sit on it well, sort of flopped to the side, and unravelled easily. ) This holder can be tightened or loosened to control how loosely it spins so the roll does not unravel on it's own. I think this will last a very long time, seems high quality, and really looks nice and sharp in my kitchen. And I get a bit more counter space! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I don’t have lots of space in my laundry so I was searching for adhesive paper towel holder to stick it underneath the cabinet, end up buying this and I am glad I did! Worth the money, Installation was easy, sturdy (hardware included also) easy to refill, adjustable tension(another reason why I bought this) stylish, you can put upright or sideway. Yes. This is what I heard when I pulled my first paper towel sheet after installation. I think the mechanism that is supposed to keep the paper towel roll taut is making the clicking sound. It took me by surprise. I got used to it, but I think I would much rather have a silent paper towel holder. So, minus one star for that. I opted to use the screws instead of the adhesion installation because I'd like to remove it in the future. I remember the install went fine except my power drill had a slightly tough time getting to the front two screws. If I had an extension to the drill, it would have gone much smoother. I did get 2 sets of 4 screws. One set slightly shorter that the other, which was nice. Other than that, the holder looks and works great with the other stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. ... show more

Very nice product... installed easily... worked like a charm... until it didn't. The joint where the bar holding the paper towel joins the support plate failed. Wobbled awhile and then came apart. Looks like some sort of glued joint. Use it only 7 months. Out of Amazon warranty of course and cannot find the manufacturer's website. Wasn't that expensive, but what a pain. ... show more
