This pot organizer was perfect to store my pots and pans and they look good! I actually placed it in my upper cabinets next to my stove, instead of the lower base cabinets because I have back issues and bending down that low is offen too complicated. Even the highest rack on the organizer is still reachable in the top cabinets. I like that it's heavy duty and doesn't slide around when removing or adding items to it. I tested this pots and pans organizer in a real cabinet setup (not an empty, ideal space), and it definitely helped—but it’s not a perfect, grab-and-go solution. 📸 See photos for cabinet measurements, setup, and fully loaded result 🎬 See my video for real-use testing and accessibility 📏 Real Cabinet Setup (Important) My cabinet: 32” wide 23” deep 23” high Double doors Fixed middle shelf (11” deep) About 12” clearance under the shelf This is important because a lot of organizers don’t work well with shelves—but this one does fit underneath and still leaves the shelf usable. 🛠️ Setup & Adjustability The rack system is: Adjustable Removable tiers Customizable spacing I adjusted everything once to fit my pans, then tightened it down. Once secured, it feels stable and I don’t plan to keep changing it. 🍳 What Actually Fits I was able to fit: Multiple frying pans Pots (including deeper ones) Lids Everything had a place, and it definitely reduced the stacking chaos I had before. ⚠️ Real-Life Use (This Matters Most) Let’s be honest: ❌ This is NOT a “grab anything instantly” system ❌ You will still need to: move pans shift things around reach past items If something isn’t on top or in front, you’ll have to adjust things to get to it. You’ll also still need to move items to access anything stored toward the back. ✅ BUT… It’s Still a Big Improvement Before this, my cabinet was basically a pile of stacked cookware. Now: ✔️ Everything is separated ✔️ Much easier to see what I have ✔️ No more digging through a pile ✔️ Way less frustrating overall It doesn’t eliminate effort—but it reduces the chaos significantly. 🧠 Important Detail Most People Miss The extra space on the sides isn’t really “free storage”—it’s what allows the pan handles to sit properly and still let the cabinet doors close. If you try to use that space for extra items, you’ll likely block the handles or prevent the doors from shutting correctly. 💪 Stability Even fully loaded: The unit felt stable No tipping or shifting during normal use 👍 What I Like ✔️ Fits under a cabinet with a middle shelf ✔️ Adjustable to fit different cookware ✔️ Holds a lot more than expected ✔️ Reduces stacking mess significantly ✔️ Stable once tightened ❌️ What to Know ⚠️ Not a one-step grab system ⚠️ You’ll still need to move items around ⚠️ Back items aren’t easily accessible ⚠️ Side space is for handle clearance—not extra storage Final Verdict It fit way more than I expected.     • Flimsy and will scratch

I have been using this a couple weeks now and is very flimsy. Disappointed because I looked for heavy duty but this does not support the smaller pans and they fall through the space. They also scratch the bottoms of my new pans and would’ve nice if this came with a liner or rubber protector on each rack so when we slide the pans on / off, the bottoms won’t scratch. I have to find some material of thick liner and cut to size so I can protect bottom of pans and help the smaller pans stay in place.
