The Vadoo sling bag is a well-made product. The materials and assembly are excellent and durable. The pockets are deep and the zippers are somewhat concealed behind the overlying flap . . . highly unlikely that anyone could successfully "pickpocket" anything from them, making the contents as secure as possible. The shoulder strap includes a loop for hanging sunglasses and/or a pen, but is not as well-padded as I think I expected, The adjustable webbing portion that loops through the lower attachment point is strong nylon and not easily susceptible to being cut, although a "seatbelt knife" might have a small chance of success . . . but not without the wearer being "alerted" to the attempted theft if the bag is being worn properly. The several pockets are quite roomy. The phone pocket has a magnetic clasp (which I personally don't care for compared to a real snap or velcro fastener), but it is large enough to easily accept my Samsung Note 9 in its Davis wallet case, although I prefer to keep my phone in the front pocket of my pants or shorts. Alas, my only disappointment was with the "large" pocket, described as being able to accommodate a larger (9.7") iPad. I keep my 6th generation iPad in an Otterbox protective shell. With that shell in place, the opening for the large pocket is not wide enough to accept the iPad. If I remove the top half of the shell, I can get the iPad with the rubbery bottom half of the shell into the pocket, but the lower end of the pocket is too narrow for it to fit and this causes the zipper not to close. If I take off the rubber half of the shell, then the iPad will fit, but this entirely defeats the protection purpose of the Otterbox shell. If it weren't for the fact that when I take short business or leisure trips I tend to leave my laptop PC at home unless I have to use it for a presentation. I prefer to take my iPad instead in order to keep up with email and for entertainment in an airport terminal or in the plane. My idea was to have something that would allow me to leave my "tactical" bag that normally houses my iPad when traveling in my car if I didn't need to have my tactical flashlight and other personal protection items that won't pass TSA screening with me during an upcoming trip unless I put them in checked luggage. Unfortunately, and only for the reason stated above, the Vadoo bag doesn't meet my need. Otherwise, it would have been a keeper. As a Prime member, I have chosen to return it. But if I can't find another one like it that does meet my need, I may return and purchase the smaller bag as an "EDC" travel bag when traveling without my car.

This bag just arrived but I decided not to wait for travel---in fact, it's so comfortable to wear and easy to use (no rummaging around the contents of a large handbag), that I think it may become my go-to carryall. Ladies: Unlike most wearable bags that sit along or just under the bustline, this bag has a long adjustable strap so the bag can sit on you well below the bustline, making it far more comfortable to wear and easier to use. I have it at the length it comes in, the longest, and find that it fits comfortably at the stomach. I can't assess water resistance or durability as yet but will update this review if I note issues in those areas.

Love the size of this. Fits everything I needed for a day out hiking. I like to take pictures with iPhone and this kept my phone easily accessible. The pocket fit my iPhone 14 Max Pro. Liked the multiple pockets. Bag can hold a lot but never felt bulky. Felt safe and secure when traveling in the airport keeping phone and ID close. Have used it for a few weeks post vacation because I love the convenience and size. Has held up very well and doesn’t show any signs of wear. Great quality bag.

This bag is deceptive in it size. It is pretty massive and can hold a Ipad mini in its largest pocket with ease. When travelling in Japan I could this bag would be great for battery backup charger, phone, passport, and wifi host spot. You could conceal the whole bag under a light jacket or hoodie. It is comfortable and expandable. Pretty much perfect.
