The turbo head requires a lot more effort to vacuum a very low pile carpet. You have to really push and pull to move the wand over the rug, and still not all dust and lint is sucked up. It is a lot more work than my previous Kenmore which had a power head with a beater that just glided effortlessly over the rug and sucked up dust and lint thoroughly. After reading reviews of new models of Kenmore I chose the Miele. I regret the purchase. I need the power head. What I do like about the Miele is the small turbo head, which is easier to maneuver around furniture in a small apartment. If you don't have carpeting the Miele should work fine. ... show more

Our Miele Vacuum just needed new bags and those are perfect. They work as good as the original, but you get much more for the money you pay. I will order them again!

    • Vacuum bags do not fit correctly.
I have a miele canister vacuum. I don't know if it is just my vacuum but these bags do not fit correctly on the nozzle so I find dirt all over the outside of the bag and in the compartment. I have had to have the motor cleaned out because of it. I am unfortunately too late for a return but I will only be buying Miele bags from now on. ... show more
