I needed a standing desk for my son because he really liked mine and I didn't want to lose it. My standing desk is a plain Ikea wooden one that has no bells and whistles but is electric. This Vabches standing desk is leagues above my plain standing desk, and my son absolutely loves it. It was fairly painless to put together and took both of us about 1/2 hour. I appreciated that all the hardware was labeled and in individual sleeves, and that there was one extra screw for all of them in case of loss. The desk itself is black and very sturdy. It has a monitor shelf that extends all the way across it, and has a built-in charging strip with both outlet plugs and USB ports. We did discover that once you plug in a cord, it is difficult to unplug them due to the placement of the monitor shelf directly above it, in such a cramped space. Not a deal-breaker unless you continuously plug in and unplug your accessories. There is also an LED strip with plastic connectors that you stick onto the underside of the monitor shelf, which is really a cool feature. The desk is electric, and rises and lowers easily and smoothly. There are two previously set buttons for a sitting height and a standing height, and you can also put it anywhere in between. I highly recommend this standing desk, it has a lot of really cool features and is quite sturdy. It looks great and works great, and is at an incredible price compared to my plain jane Ikea standing desk. 5 +++ stars! ... show more

This desk is easy to assemble, with easy to understand instructions, following the directions step-by-step is imperative. Larger than it appears with ample space for 2-3 laptops and at least 3 monitors on the hutch. The only thing that would make this desk better is wheels! I love it.

    • Great product however, parts missing/didn’t work

We received the desk. It was complicated to put together, but the directions were clear. However, we were giving two in the same part, and could not complete the drawer due to that. I reached out to the company which said they cannot replace the part and Amazon wanted to replace the whole thing… After we already put the whole thing together therefore it was not worth it to send it back. Thank God my husband could fix it so that the work could be completed. Also, the under Glo lights did not work. I ordered a new battery to see if it will work. Otherwise, we will just buy new under glow lights. ... show more

This is HEAVY, durable, and a process to assemble. It definitely takes two people due to weight. I love the electric part which makes you capable of adjusting height. If you want a standing desk this is everything you need and more.
