I love it! It is a total game changer. I bought it for three reasons: 1. I have a 16 months old son. Every time after he finishes his meal, there is a mess around his high chair area. The texture of his food is a variety and a dry/wet vacuum is the best for that 2. My son sometimes picks up stuff from the floor and put in his mouth. 3. My hair is everywhere. For all these reasons, I need to clean more often than once a week or even once a day but I don't need to do deep cleaning of the whole house, just the high traffic area my son eats and plays. This is the perfect solution. I use it after every meal around the dinning area. I clean the bathroom once a day. I clean the play area twice a day. It is less than 5 min cleaning in total, plus another 3 min of cleaning up the dirty water tank. I don't have a problem with the battery life - As I said, it is usually quick cleaning for me. Longest it is 10 min for my whole floor. I also don't have a problem with the smell. As long as I clean the dirty water tank at least once a day and don't let the stuff stay there and grow bacteria, it is all good. There was once my son spilled a whole bottle of cooking oil on the floor. I was gonna use paper towel to clean first, but my husband directly used this to clean the oil.. I was worried it would be too hard to clean, but actually not bad! I took off the mop and cleaned it separately with dish soap and baking soda and it came back as new!

My old one is not working，so I got this new cleaner. Now I'm using it everyday. The water is not running up quickly，which means I do not need to refill the water and empty the wates a lot. The brushhead is not too big，so every coner can be cleaned. These are what I like. The suction is good，the looking is great，but there is a minor thing can be improved：the machine can be designed a bit lighter. After cleaning the entire house，I feel tired hloding it because of the weight. But I am still giving out a 5 star because it‘s such a great helper to me！

Just buy this! I have had another well known brand which was very temperamental. This one works perfectly. As my other it always had a rancid smell even though I always dumped and cleaned it. This one no smell what so ever! I’ve had it for a little over 2 months and still working as well as day one! My last one from that well known company didn’t last a week before the smell and constantly giving error codes. So get this one you won’t regret it!

If I could give it less than a one, I would. Researched it a while, read all about what people were saying and watched all the videos and comparison, however don’t believe the good reviews. I ordered it and it would only work if it were in the charger. When I would take it out of the charger I would not get any power. Needless to say, the handle kept coming off each time I would lift it to put it in the charger. All I could get out of it was the voice commands. So, I decided this sometimes happens and that it did get good reviews, so I decided to replace the broken one with a new one just like it. I got it in yesterday and charged it while, I was gone for about 3 hours and came back anxious to get my floors clean…. yes, I was stupid. It is doing the exact samething. I read the manual 3 times and had someone else look at it because I didn’t think that this could surely happen twice. However, it did. The problem lies in the handle and it’s not getting power to it. Now, I have to repackage it again, send it off and wait for another vacuum cleaner brand to come in. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! It needs to go back to quality control. So, disappointing.

This is a very good wet and dry machine. If you mop the floor often, this will be a life saver. It cleans majority of my house with one charge but needs a second charge to finish the job. You might need to go over several times on dried tough stain. It glides well without effort. The charging speed for me is about 3 hrs on full charge. Cleaning is a breeze too. Make sure you clean the rollers and dirty tank after every job to keep it in tip-top shape.
