Very happy with the overall package. Nice little set up. Easy to zero. Layout and sight picture very comfortable, intuitive and easy to use. Got scope on zero quickly after bore sighting then co witnessed halo red dot and lazer. Dinging 6" round steel at 300 yards. We had two issues arise after a very positive intial impression. Please note that we really like this scope alot!! The red and green retical illumination never really worked correctly. The problem appears to be a faulty pressure switch. This was a minor issue since the default is a black retical that worked even with the battery removed. The retical spun 45° off level after less than 100 rounds mounted to my son's 300 ACC Blackout hunting rifle. Have were not able to locate a contact number or email for vendor UUQ on Amazon. We started the return process hoping to exchange for a new replacement but the product was temporaly out of stock. We looked at other options and eventually ordered another UUQ scope that was the next step up and returned the defective unit. Would have prefered to contact vendor directly to request a replacement in case this was just a bad one off. James from UUG Customer Service reached out to me and is working dilligently to resolve the issue by offering to replace the original scope at no cost. He seems genuinely concerned with addressing the issue and making things right. I gave the product a bad overall rating initially because the scope was rendered useless after one day on the range and less than 100 rounds and we had no apparent option to contact customer service for a replacement. I greatly appreciate the high level of service provided by UUQ and James in particular. I will continue to purchase products from UUQ in the future. There is alot said and promoted about UUQ's customer service. James has backed that reputation up in spades. I am looking forward to recieving the replacement scope, running it through the paces and providing UUQ with feedback on the new scope. I will update this review after spending some time on the range and in the field. ... show more
