I'm 6ft and weigh 230lbs so I got the XL and it fits perfectly. Not too tight and not snug. I have a little belly so if you're more fit then go with a large but the quality is great

I believe the sizing is really off, I’m 5’9” weigh about 210-215. And I ordered a XXL and let me tell you that it fits maybe like a Large “plus” NOT like an XL. The material feels really good though so one more star for that. But NOT sized correctly. Kinda disappointed to be honest.
