A change of color was the reason to buy this set of King bed sheets (set). Been hooked on Microfiber bedding for several years after going to them from the high thread count of all cotton sheets. Found microfiber are softer and even though the top sheet feels half the weight of a long thread cotton, they are surprisingly warm in a cool/cold room. Last several sheet sets were Mellanni. Haven't had a single problem with them, but couldn't find a gray color in Mellanni brand so decided to try these UTOPIA brand sheets. Sprung for the Paisley (to be different from all the solid color sets). Got them in and washed. Just put on the bed, and am actually extremely surprised --- these didn't wrinkle at all ! The fit is probably as good (if not slightly better) than the Mellanni brand (IMO). I can "for sure" tell you these do not wrinkle like the other brands. The gray is a very pretty gray, (however it doesn't look as good in this room as I envisioned when ordered), and the paisley actually looks very elegant and pricy. Hard to believe these are selling for less than 17 on "A". Guess the 53k reviews and the 4.5 of 5 stars, was good indication from others also. Longevity after several washings will reveal the true value. Will re-rate if they go bad in the next several months.... otherwise, great set of sheets for minimal amount of money. ... show more

    • Sheets are super soft
The sheets are super soft, they fit great and look cute on the bed. I obviously washed them before I put them on and unfortunatley there was a tear/hole in the fitted sheet. Super disappointing. I wish I had noticed before I washed them since now it's too late to return/exchange them. I still put them on the bed because they were needed but I'm bummed, they were the finishing touch that brought my guestroom together. I'm not writing this to deter anyone from buying them. They really do seem like great sheets, I just got a set that had a defect. ... show more

These's sheets were on sale, so they were a very good bargain. They are oh-so-soft and silky, without being too silky, like satin. Perfect Summer sheet, as for durability, only time will tell, they are nice, though.

***EDIT*** I unfortunately have to remove some stars. The navy quatrefoil was amazing, however I returned to purchase other patterns and they were the scratchy, uncomfortable cheap garbage that I originally expected the navy sheets to be. I guess my recommendation is to only purchase the quatrefoil pattern. These sheets are super soft! Even though they're a rich, deep blue they didn't bleed in the laundry (I washed and dried them with an old white towel just to check), they fit snug but not so tight they're difficult to put on and the elastic is high quality and encased nicely. My mattress is a 14" deep queen. I will absolutely be buying more! ... show more
