These curtains are definitely worth it! I wasn’t so sure what the quality would be because the price was very affordable but I was surprised to see just how nice they are. They came packaged very nicely, their very soft, not to heavy in weight where they would weigh down on the curtain rod. Though they were folded and packaged very well they were wrinkled but they had nice creases where they should be when hung so I hung them and will just take a steamer over them once or twice and they should look great. The length was great, I got 63”. As far as the light coming through I’m not to sure about because I hung them at night but they are not sheer what so ever so I believe they will keep the sun light out if not completely then at least for what I wanted them for which was to keep the sunlight off my tv screen. In my opinion these are great quality curtains and the price is very good. I would buy again if needed.

I purchased these curtains with the the intentions of blocking out more sun light. The ones I had were just to thin. The morning sun rays are lovely but can quickly heat up my living room. So light and heat were an issue for my home. After researching "Black Out" curtains. I decided these were not true black out curtains. I'am not an expert but It seems the true B.O. curtain must have extra material in white to truly reflect the suns rays that bombard your window with the brightness and heat that the sun brings into your rooms. But I liked the price. So $20.00 for two panels versus $32-35 for one (yes that's 1 panel versus 2 and same size). I figured I could at least try them out. Against my better judgement I bought two sets right away. These 2 sets, 4 panels would cover my big picture window and two smaller windows. WOW !!! The advertisement from Utopia stating dimensions, 99 % light blocking, material, size, etc. was accurate. Two of the pics I included DO NOT justify this products ability. Customers needed to understand the rod styles they would use with the product. If you are truly looking to block out 100 % of the sunlight? The rods, tape, thumb tacks, etc any type of fastening your willing to use to your wall would easily accomplish this mission. The rods on my windows are L-shaped to keep your curtains tight to the wall and/or around the side of the window frame...I had to readjust the curtains to allow light in to take the picture or otherwise it would just be a pic of darkness. The hemmed opening for a rod is 2 inches. The loops would take 3 inches snuggly or easily accommodate 2 3/4 inch for a rod. yes the set included a tie back for each panel. I don't think Utopia mentioned it, but the panels are hemmed and looped at both ends of the panels ! Not that I needed this option, but some shoppers might want to know that information. Could be a determining factor. So yes very excellent product ! Price, quality, 54" by 84" set of panels ! So happy with this product! I bought another set for another room. Now that all my praising is done. I did have a small snag on one panel right out of the package, box..but, to me, it is not the end of the world. Not even gonna bother returning it. Very satisfied customer would recommend to others!

Update: I've moved and now have a 3rd window in my bedroom where these curtains hang. I hopped on amazon immediately upon moving in and used the "Buy Again" feature to get a 3rd set of these. They arrived and I hung them up and I've got to say not only have these curtains over doubled in price since my initial purchase a couple years ago, the quality isn't the same. Flecks of light come through the fabric. I was most worried about the color not matching to curtains purchased years ago but the only fading that's happened on the older ones was on the window side and didn't transfer through to the room side. So, although I'd still recommend these drapes, they're definitely not the great buy they were when I initially wrote a review. These curtains are perfect! I’ve lived in my home for 3 years now and I’ve been debating back and forth the entire 3 years on which curtains to get for my bedroom. I would enjoy to sleep in on the weekends but the light coming through the blinds didn’t allow for that. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and most blackout curtains are twice the price of these for just ONE panel. Finally I set out to just bite the bullet and buy some and I came across these. The price was right and the reviews were mostly positive. They came today (Sunday delivery!!!) and I immediately hung them up. I got the navy blue and they are true 100% blackout drapes unlike some of the other reviews state for lighter colors. My bedroom is now like a dark cave and I love it! Initially I wanted a navy velvet but again I didn’t want to spend a ton and the fabric on these is a thick rich microfiber which is quite similar to velvet in appearance especially from across the room. I HIGHLY recommend these curtains! Photo represents the most important factor of these curtains for me. Zero light comes through the fabric!

The media could not be loaded. Wow do I love my new Utopia curtains. I purchased three sets for two large windows and one sliding glass door. The price for these curtains is so low it feels like you are robbing the store. Purchased: Utopia Bedding 2 Panels Blackout Curtains, W52 x L84 Inches, Biscotti Beige, Thermal Insulated Window Draperies - 7 Back Loops per Panel - 2 Tie Backs Included Pros: They cut out about 80 to 85% of the light. The color for the curtains also is very uniform. These curtains have just the right amount of heft to them so that they will probably give me some added insulation to help keep my home warm in winter and cooler in summer. The tabs are substantial and hold the curtain up well. I like that they hang flat on the curtain rod giving them almost a wall like look. Cons: These curtains are not as environmentally friendly as cotton, and I don't know how long the synthetic material will last. Also even though I did not expect the claim of noise blocking it would have been nice if the curtains did block some noise as claimed. I would buy these curtains again without a moments hesitation. Also I will recommend these to any of my friends that are looking for curtains. The price for these is like
