Extremely satisfied with the production capaity. It probably takes a full day to completely fill the bin from empty. It is very high quality in my opinion and you can not beat it for the price when compared to the competition. It probably holds about 200-250lbs in the bin.

Works Great – A thoughtful office addition.
Our company provided this ice maker for office coffee, and it’s been a great addition. It makes ice fast, and the cubes hold up well without melting too quickly. Super convenient — definitely a nice perk to have at work.

Unboxing was smooth – everything came in two boxes. Setup was simple: attach legs, hook up water and drain, plug in, and go. It runs a short cleaning cycle first, then starts producing. Each batch takes about 7–15 minutes and the cubes come out perfect. After the first few cycles, it seemed to speed up. Definitely a solid choice.

Great ice maker for our store – works as expected.
We got this for our new supermarket to help with frozen goods and storage, and it’s performed well. Ice output and storage capacity are solid — more than enough for our daily needs. The only thing to note is the noise when ice drops into the bin — it can catch you off guard. We’re planning to move it to a back storage room, which should solve that. Overall, very happy with how it works and would still recommend it.
