If only I had discovered the Oassuose USB Power Cable Adapter for Fire TV Stick when I first got my Fire Stick a year ago – it would've saved me so much hassle! This adapter is the real solution for hiding cables and keeping your setup neat and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective this adapter is, considering it's just as efficient as the wall plug-in option. It seamlessly powers my Fire TV Stick without any issues, and the best part is, it eliminates the need for unsightly cables dangling down from the TV.     • Neat Space Saving Device
This device is great! It frees up the need for a power outlet dedicated to the Fire TV Stick and eliminates a longer cord hanging behind the television. It's perfect for where I am staying as outlets are sparce. The adapter actually works in a better manner than I thought it would-- I falsely assumed that the TV would have to be powered on first to supply energy, then one could navigate over to the applications, but in fact you can directly open straight to the applications. Neat! The reason for the 4/5 stars is that using the device does seem to cause *some* performance issues. When opening the home page using the adapter, a number of the application icons don't show up and the previews don't work or take a long time to load. I directly attribute this to using the device as when I remove it and plug the Fire TV Stick as designed, these issues don't occur, and they come back again when I switch back to the adapter. However, these issues only seem to affect the home screen and navigation as there are no hiccups once watching content. ... show more

It took some time to research and figure out the how to access the internet using our hotspot from a Panasonic TV after the adapter was installed to TV with a Firestick then after trying over and over without success, I tried using the Panasonic Vera Link installed on TV and it worked! I got around to use the device last weekend after buying two new firesticks to use with one of them. One of the smart Tv's would have this behind the unit to hide the wiring. This unit would use a USB as it's power. To my surprise the device would not work and not providing enough power for the firestick to operate. Ok, I tried the other smart tv using it's USB with the device and the samething happened. The only thing that would come on is the light on the device itself, but nothing more than that.
