This mouse is awesome! Working in the operating room and sitting immobile for long periods of time, my hands get so cold I can't even move them to type or click. Not anymore!! This mouse on the highest heat setting can sometimes almost be too hot, but when the room temperature is 60F or less it's just right, perfect amount of heat radiating from the mouse to the palm of the hand. You can feel the heat even if your hand is not resting directly on it. I usually hold the mouse without placing my full palm down, but sometimes I just lay my hand to warm it up. I think the mouse needs to be taller to account for those who use a "cupped" hand to hold the mouse like me, it's a little on the flat side, but very comfortable, good clicks, and good front/back buttons. The heated finger section is too far forward near the very top of the mouse buttons, so I don't feel that as much but the palm heat radiates almost through the whole mouse. Low setting is too low for me. The first mouse I got did start peeling due to sanitizing wipes being used on it daily, but the second one for some reason has not done that. The surface has stayed nice and rubbery-velvety, it doesn't slip out of the hand. Cable is braided and feels good quality, the USB plug looks stylish but could be less protruding to account for tight spaces. The scroll wheel is a little too easy to bump for me--I like a firm click to my scroll--but totally fine since it's keeping my hand warm! I thought I would never use the DPI setting but it is actually very nice to change on the fly without having to go into laptop settings especially if you'd use across multiple computers. Love it 10/10!!! Update: Used it for 10 months so far and all is good, works, feels and looks just like new. Happy with the purchase for the price!

This thing is really great and totally changed my comfort level at work. Like others, my right hand gets really cold while using my mouse all day. This totally solves the problem and keeps my hand warm. It’s a gentle heat and doesn’t help much if your hand is already ice cold, but definitely helps stay a normal temp all day. I really like that the heat shuts off when you stop using the mouse, so when I leave at night it’s not heating the entire time I’m gone.

I bought it in October 2021 and it stopped working in September 2023. The mouse still functions but it no longer heats up. When it did it was great kept my head nice and warm. This was used 5 to 6 hours a day 5 days a week so I got my money out of it.

I love this mouse! I bought it because I spend hours per day on the computer and thought it might soothe the arthritic joint at the base of my thumb which makes me miserable while I am working. I actually kind of thought it was going to be a gimmick, but I was willing to try it - anything to ease my discomfort. It turns out it is a high quality product which works really well. I love the shape of it and the option of several heat settings or no heat at all. It can also be used for either hand. This is one of those products most people would love to receive as a gift but might not want to splurge on it not knowing if it works, but I say splurge away. I'm getting one for my daughter who tried mine and said it's going to be awesome for her because her office is freezing and her hands get cold. For whatever reason, or no reason at all other than having a nice new, clean mouse which is comforting to use, I recommend getting this heated version from ValueRay.

This is the best thing ever and I will be buying more for presents. It's HOT and the mouse is accurate enough for dealing with more accurate work (like arguing with Word about where the endnotes and footnotes should be). The only thing is that it's not hot in the fingers, but rather in the palm of the hand. That's fine though. It's much better than tucking my whole hand under a heating pad like I've been doing.

This heated mouse works amazing. The low setting is perfect and the high setting works great when it gets extremely cold out and my office is chilled.

This mouse has been an amazing addition to my work life. I have small hands, and as I get older, the less cold tolerant become. Using the heated mouse lets me work longer comfortably. The high setting can be a little bit too hot for me but its nice to have the option to go warmer. I keep mine mostly on the low setting. I've been using it for about 3 months, 40 hours a week and its going strong. I do unplug it or turn it off when I'm not working in hopes it will last a long time.
