Like so many other things. This reader worked fine until it quit working. Intermittently recognized on two different computers. When it is recognized it's for a random period of 5-10 seconds and gone. Didn't matter if I used the USB 3 plug or the USB C. Same either way. I tried every usb port on my computer and on my laptop. No difference. The seller contacted me with a couple of things to try. After no improvement they provided a free replacement. The replacement reader works great. ... show more

This worked great for SD cards, Micro SD cards, compact Flash cards, however, I needed this to also work for Memory Stick and I had to force it in to get it to fit. Easy enough to use when you plug it in.

Initially used this and it worked the first time. Now, when I plug it in, it may or may not be recognized. If it does see the reader and storage card that is installed, you can be guaranteed that it won't last. I switched out sd cards and the whole thing disappeared from my computer.
