  • My IEMs finally sound right without breaking the bank. My IEMs finally sound right without breaking the bank.
I’m picky about audio quality. I use wired planar magnetic IEMs on the go, and most USB-C adapters inject a faint background buzz or digital noise, especially when the phone starts charging. This 2-in-1 adapter shocked me. The sound quality is clean – black background, no static, no high-frequency whine. I tested it with a 24-bit/96kHz FLAC file on my iPhone 16, The adapter’s advanced noise suppression actually works. During a quiet acoustic track, I couldn’t hear any hiss or interference even when plugging in a 60W charger. The audio quality holds up across genres. Bass is tight and controlled, not muddy. Mids are present, highs are detailed but not harsh. I ran a quick A/B test with my MacBook’s built-in headphone jack and this dongle – the dongle actually sounded slightly more spacious. No volume drop either; it drove my 32-ohm IEMs to painfully loud levels at 70% on my Pixel 9 Pro. For calls, the microphone passthrough works fine (though the adapter itself doesn’t have a mic – it passes your headset’s mic). My team on Zoom said my voice was clear, no echo or robot sounds. What really sells the sound quality is how it handles simultaneous charging. Many cheaper adapters introduce a ground loop hum as soon as you plug in power. This one? Silence. I deliberately charged my phone from a fast charger while gaming on my Switch 2 with wired headphones – zero interference. That’s rare at this price point. For anyone who values sound quality but doesn’t want to carry a bulky DAC, this adapter delivers studio-grade clarity without the studio-grade price. Value for money is off the charts considering the audio performance alone. Highly recommended for commuters, gamers, and anyone who hates wireless latency. ... show more

  • 60W charging that never slows down, even after hours of gaming. 60W charging that never slows down, even after hours of gaming.
I game heavily on my Steam Deck and also use a Lenovo Legion Go. Both devices drain battery fast, and I hate playing with Bluetooth earbuds due to lag. This 2-in-1 adapter lets me use my wired HyperX Cloud II headset while keeping my handheld topped up. The charging speed is phenomenal. I monitored the power draw using a USB-C meter while playing Elden Ring on the Steam Deck. The adapter consistently delivered 44.7W (the Deck’s max) with zero drops, even when audio was blasting at max volume. No throttling after two hours of continuous gameplay. On my Galaxy S25 Ultra, playing Genshin Impact, it held 38W (phone’s negotiated rate) and charged from 20% to 70% in 25 minutes while audio played. The adapter supports PPS, so it works with Samsung’s Super Fast Charging 2.0. I’ve also used it with a MacBook Pro 16” – it passed through 58W while driving a pair of 250 ohm headphones. That’s impressive for a dongle with no external heatsink. Now, durability: I’ve been using this daily every day. The braided cable has been stepped on, rolled over by an office chair, and twisted into knots. No frays, no exposed wires. The USB-C ports are still tight; I measured insertion force with a gauge (roughly 1.2kgf), same as when new. The plastic housing has no cracks despite being dropped onto tile floor three times. I even accidentally left it plugged into a charger that shorted out (other devices died), but this adapter survived with full functionality. The internal circuit seems well-protected. For anyone who needs reliable, high-speed charging in a tough package, this is the one. Most adapters I’ve tried either slow down charging after a few months or physically break. Not this one. It’s my daily driver for travel, work, and gaming. If you want a dongle that charges fast and refuses to die, look no further. Five stars for speed and stamina. ... show more

  • Headphone quits working
I bought 2 sets. Each one worked for a short time and then it would quit. I can charge but the headphone adapter quit working on both. Looks well made but it is a Big disappointment

  • Rock-Solid Build Quality Meets Stellar Sound Quality! Rock-Solid Build Quality Meets Stellar Sound Quality!
Two things ruin a dongle: physical fragility and audio interference. This adapter nails both. First, build quality: the housing is machined metal (or very dense composite) with no seams that could split. The braided cable is thick, and the strain reliefs are generous. The USB-C male ends have extra shielding, which likely contributes to the sound quality. And that sound quality? Perfect. I had a persistent problem with my previous adapter: whenever I touched the cable or moved my phone, static crackled in my ears. This one is dead silent even when I wiggle the connector aggressively. The noise suppression works so well that I can charge my laptop at full 60W while listening to classical music (very dynamic range) and hear zero hum. I also tested with sensitive Campfire Andromeda IEMs – usually they pick up every electrical noise. Through this adapter, even with charging active, the background was pitch black. Voices and instruments were separated cleanly. The soundstage didn’t collapse under load, which is rare. So if you’ve been suffering from crackling, buzzing, or intermittent audio dropouts from cheap adapters, this is your solution. It’s built to last and engineered to sound great. A solid investment for anyone who values reliability and fidelity. ... show more

  • Build quality that shocked me!! metal ports, thick braided cable, and strain relief done right Build quality that shocked me!! metal ports, thick braided cable, and strain relief done right
First, the male USB-C connector (the part that goes into your phone/tablet). It has a full stainless steel shell with chamfered edges – no sharp burrs. The retention mechanism clicks positively and holds tight even when the adapter is dangling from my phone. I measured the insertion force – it’s within USB-IF spec, not too loose, not overly tight. Second, the cable. It’s braided nylon with a dense weave, and underneath, the gauge looks like 22 AWG power wires plus separate shielded pairs for audio. The cable is thick but still flexible enough to coil. I’ve tried to kink it intentionally – no permanent bends. The strain relief boots are molded directly over the cable and the housing, with extra long “fingers” that distribute bending stress. I bent the cable 90 degrees at the connector entry point thousands of times (in a test fixture I rigged up). No intermittent connections. Third, the splitter housing and ports. The two female USB-C ports are surrounded by a metal collar that’s ultrasonically welded into the polycarbonate shell. I opened a broken cheap adapter once – it had only a thin plastic sleeve. Here, the metal adds rigidity and heat dissipation. After 60W charging for an hour, the housing was warm but not hot, meaning the internal VRMs are efficient. Also, the ports are recessed slightly, so the plug’s housing takes any lateral force, not the solder joints. Finally, I performed a pull test: I tied a 2-pound weight to the adapter body and let it hang from my phone’s USB-C port for an hour. The connection never failed. That’s real build quality. If you’re rough on gear or want something that’ll survive a backpack, a car’s center console, or a teenager’s hands, this adapter is over-engineered in the best way. It’s not the cheapest, but the build quality ensures it’ll outlast three cheap ones. Worth every cent. ... show more

  • Finally, fast charging without sacrificing my music Finally, fast charging without sacrificing my music
I'm tired of juggling between charging my phone and listening to wired IEMs. Most adapters I tried either charged slowly or introduced static noise. This 2-in-1 USB-C adapter changed everything. It delivers the full 60W Power Delivery as promised. I tested it on my Galaxy S25 Ultra with a 65W PD charger, and it went from 15% to 85% in about 28 minutes while I was streaming Spotify. No drop in charging rate or overheating. The adapter intelligently negotiates PD, QC, and even AFC protocols. The sound quality is great. I used it with my Sennheiser IE200 and the noise floor is dead silent. The DAC inside seems well-implemented; no high-frequency roll-off either. For calls, background noise suppression works surprisingly well, making my voice clear even when my laptop fan is running nearby. The shell is matte black aluminum alloy, not cheap plastic. The 1-in-2-out design lets me charge my iPad Pro and listen to music simultaneously during long flights. One note: data transfer isn’t supported. If you’re on the fence, just buy it. It’s cheap, fast, and sounds fantastic. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Good product for specific use
I recently purchased a car that does not have USB support, but has an AUX connector and a cigarette lighter-type connection for power. Also, my phone does not have a headphone jack. Mike conundrum was that I had two outbound connections and only one inbound connection to my phone. This product solved my problem immediately. I was able to plug the two usb-c connections into the two inputs of this connector and then connect the single usb-c output connector to my phone, giving me the ability to both charge my phone and listen to music apps in my car. Things worked perfectly. Also, this connector was a great value for the money that I spent on it. I do recommend this product for that very specific application. ... show more

  • Charging and unbeatable price, finally an adapter that delivers both
I’m a heavy phone user – Doordash, GPS, music streaming, and video calls all day. My battery drains fast, and I can’t afford to stop using my wired headset (Bluetooth has too much lag for my work calls). This adapter solved my biggest pain point: charging speed while using audio. With my previous cheap adapter, charging capped at 5W – my phone would barely gain 10% per hour. This one, paired with a 65W Anker charger, pushed 60W effortlessly. I measured it with a USB-C power meter: 19.8V at 3.0A steady. My iPhone 16 Pro went from 8% to 64% in just 22 minutes while I was on a 45-minute conference call via wired earbuds. That’s genuinely fast – almost as fast as plugging the charger directly into the phone. And the phone didn’t throttle charging due to heat, which surprised me. Now value for money – this adapter costs less than a good pizza. I paid $9.99. Compare that to buying a separate wireless charger + Bluetooth headphones (easily $60+) or a brand-name dual adapter that charges at only 30W for $35. You’re getting 60W PD, wide protocol support (QC, AFC, PPS – I tested with a Samsung 45W charger and it negotiated PPS correctly), and a 1-year warranty. For under $10, that’s insane value. ... show more
