Fast shipping, nice unit, great quality. Fantastic deal on Amazon. Pulled the first shaft and it wasn't an HD axle, the rear end was regular D60 30 spline. I contacted the folks in Washington state and they sold me the 30 spline ends for a really great price so I can keep the 35's when I ream the spindle and drop in the larger axles. Super easy install. Tolerances came out great. I went on my first wheeling trip and the locker worked flawlessly. Full size truck on 44" boggers 450hp engine. And a 4 speed manual.

    • not good for 42 inch tires
I was very reluctant to buy this but I have some friends that are running these with 40 inch tires so I thought I would try it with 42's. Mistake. Even in loose dirt going straight up hills it wont stay locked and when it slips and then locks back it is very violent. My dana 60 is tough but I'm afraid the shock is going to really cause me problems ... show more
