I was looking for a reasonably priced weight set to do Les Mills body pump workouts in my garage. This fit the bill price-wise, and after using this many times, I can say the set is great. I have used the Les Mills weights at the gym and they are superior in that they’re way easier to change the weight plates. I find these a little hard to change because it sometimes hurts my hand to squeeze the little spring, but other than that it’s perfect for what I need.

Love this weight bar bell! I did not want to go to the gym so I purchased this item and I love it. It is easy to put together, sturdy and length is as a regular barbell. Definitely recommend if your looking for a barbell with weights included.

I give the weights themselves a 5 and the bar a 4 (the padding had a gap in it when I put the bar together). However, the clips/clamps are awful and get a 2. Way too tight. I could barely squeeze them enough to get the weights on and off and so, I kept one set of weights on for the entire workout. I wasn't able to to make a quick switch to heavier or lighter while working out. It was...too much work. I actually considered keeping the product--if I could find clamps to fit--but it appears that the bar's diameter is 1.25", which is irregular. It's easy to buy 1" and 2" clamps, but not 1.25 (though there might be something adjustable out there). Anyway, this was a disappointment because the weights are actually pretty good. I decided to return these and look for something that will work better for me. What a shame.

The bar is padded so it's gentle on the hands. The weights are easy to change out. I like to start with all the weights for my deadlifts and hip thrusts. Then I go down in weight for my squats and good mornings. Then down again for my curls and chest presses. This set is great for everything and the price was great. It was money well spent!
