I started with a medium, then large and then finally ended up with the XL which is the equivalent of an EU42/UK14/US10. My main issue was the size of the arm holes. This jacket is soooo cute, but runs small. I usually buy a small, but had to size to a medium. It is too tight in bust to be comfortable, but the large was too big in the shoulders. So, I will wear it open with a nice tank top or silk blouse. I should mention that it is a heavy thick fabric and don't think it would be very comfortable pushing up the sleeves. It would probably be better suited for cool weather. I wear lots of Chanel and will say, this jacket is not cheap looking and can be dressed up or down. This jacket is very nice looking , fits great and it’s made well and very elegant . I don’t like the fabric , it’s scratchy material , the jacket is lined but you feel the scratch somehow. I can’t decide if one size up would look better or not .
