What I liked most about this skirt is the material and the fit. I absolutely love the material. I did not want a cheep looking black skirt, and this one is NOT cheep looking at all. It’s made of good quality material. It’s durable with a little stretch to it. The length is just below the knee not too long. It runs a little small, but because it’s made of good material you may need the next size up, if you heavy hips you will need the next size up. The quality of the material got you. It is very long, not above the knee at all. The zipper is very poorly attached, it juts out at a weird angle, no matter where I position the skirt. It's not a fitted skirt at the bottom like in the picture but instead it has a flowing ruffled bottom. The description says it has elastic, but as I mentioned, it has a zipper. I just think they sent me the wrong thing. This skirt would be great for a racy flamenco dancer Halloween costume, but not for the date night I was planning. Returned. I love the skirt, its pretty good quality and looks nice. Only issues I have are that the bottom doesn't quite hug your legs, but I'm using it for a cosplay where the character is a secretary so I kind of need that "office" look anyway. The other thing is that I thought the skirt would be shorter by a little bit but it can be worked with if you pull it up or roll it if you're wearing a loose top with it. I am 5'6" with an average length torso and when I pulled it up to my bra it sits at/barely above my knees. Besides that make sure to look at the sizing chart, I ordered a size up and it fit pretty perfectly. My waist is 36" and hips are 45" in case that helps. ... show more
