So why did I need to secure a flap. The improvement is the protection for the screen is better and it’s useful to set your phone down and watch a video or display the time with a time application. I have had this case for a few months now. This is a great case. I have stopped carrying a wallet and just put a card and my license in the case. Those reviews that say it is hard to get your cards out did not give it chance. They loose up a little over time. I have not had a card even close to slipping out. Like a lot of others I am noting that it should have had some kind of closure, but even without one, I like it well enough. When I think it needs to be secured I put a rubber band around it and that works fine, but it's also kind of mid-twentieth century kitsch.

I bought this for my Iphone 12 Pro Max and overall I like it. The major "con" I have against it is that it does not switch off the phone, when the lid is closed. Otherwise, it ticks all of the "must-have" buttons.
