Updated Review 1/4/21 If you use Swipe to unlock dont buy this case ... the lip part of the case near charging port has becomes loose and wobbly which now exposes the top part of screen . 3 months old and its worn out. I need a replacement already I am very loyal to the UAG cases and have never had a phone break in one over the last 6 or 8 years worth of phones (4 or 5 phones). I am a carpenter that has recently moved to the sales, and design aspects of residential remodeling. My phone is no longer in the tool back, being dropped out of m y truck when I get out at the supply store. It's just in my back pocket or on the desk. This case as color changes, scratches, gouges, and the fit is getting loose. My previous UAG cases last for my 2 years. I sold one with the phone to a carpenter friend and he's taken it an additional 2 years. 4 years of Heavy use in a carpenters tool belt for that case and this one cant even make it 4 months. ... show more

Case is very thin with an attractive shape. However, there are no features in the corners to offer any sort of shock absorption. Buttons are very, very stiff. The color is not an even black, but more of a swirled, uneven dark gray that almost looks as if something were spilled on it. This case has a nice feel to it and is really sleek. It feels great in your hand and in your pocket as well. It slides right in and out of your pocket and as the product details says it is "tough"! So tough infact that isn't unpleasant to press the lock and volume buttons. You have to really try and put a lot of pressure if you want to turn your volume up or down and the lock button is even harder to press. The color is amazing. I always had comments on the color. But the buttons are awful. Mine doesn’t really align and the power button was difficult to double tap for pay and app purchases. I don’t recommend this case at all. Which is a shame uag used to be my go to when I sold phones.

When I received the item it came with scratches on it already, I thought nothing of it because it didn’t bother me. I have now had it maybe a few weeks and it feels great in your hand but again it scratches so easy. I personally would not buy and would keep looking for a different case

I have use UAG cases for a long time and this is the first time I’m not satisfied with one of they’re products. Is pretty hard to press the volume rocker or the on and off button.
