    • Slightly less protective, but more usable
It is slightly less protective than I expected from the description and pictures; however, it is better looking and more usable than I expected. I had the impression that the pictures for this product implied a screen cover came with it, but it does not. I think a lot of people like me who have used the "defender" style of cases might mistakenly assume there is a screen cover. Using a separate screen guard was easy and cheap enough that it doesn't affect my impression of this case. The rubber of the case doesn't have as much friction as other cases I've used. It is noticeably easier to put in and out of bags/pockets/etc. than the rubbery "defender" style of cases that feel so sticky. That doesn't mean it is slippery. There is enough texture that it doesn't slip out of your hand as easy as the bare phone would. Other "extra-safe" phone covers usually have a plastic shell with a rubber skin on the outside. This case is equivalent to the rubber skin without the phone being suspended in a plastic case first. If I worked somewhere hard on phones (e.g., construction), I would think this case is not safe enough. My phone gets most abused at the gym, and I wouldn't take it there with just this case. However, it does seem the perfect case for any other daily activities (with an added screen/camera protector). It seemed a good deal for the price as well when looking through the average prices of other cases I've used in the past. ... show more

    • It's the 3rd case from URBAN I've used and I still love it.
I've been using Urban for my iphone 6s, xs and 12 pro. Best case I found then and still the best case I find in today's market for what I'm looking for. I want something that provides great protection to my $1000+ electronic piece, but also not too bulky and a bit stylish. This case checked all the boxes for me. It feels great in hand. I particularly like the little leather on the back which texture makes the handling really pleasant(though it may attack dirt easier than smooth plastic). The protection is great. I've dropped my iPhone with Urban case for many times on concrete floors and so far it protected my iPhone well(knocking the wood). It's a bit on the pricy side for a protection case but I feel it well worths the price. ... show more

The black color is an amazing and clean color, and the fit the case has couldn’t be more tight but not too tight. The weight isn’t too heavy and not light enough to make my phone feel vulnerable to damage. The buttons are ideal and doesn’t obstruct anything and/or make it more hard to press. Iam not lying to you when I say the durability is amazing. This phone has been through 2 years worth of drops and that’s a lot considering it is used by a 13 year old.     • A great heavy duty case
I’ve been using UAG cases for some time now. Really good fitting heavy duty case that’s easy to grip, easy to get off and on and I’m never afraid to accidentally drop it. Just wish the back was a little thinner to be able to wireless charge. All in all a great case!

I use to use Lifeproof covers because they are water proof. I work outside and often drop my phone, sometimes even in water, but often on hard surfaces. When I had the iPhone 7, for some reason, I could not hear the caller with the Lifeproof cover, so I switched to UAG. Although it is not water proof, the cover has proven very durable and has protected my iPhones when dropped. There is no insensitivity to the touch screen or impaired audible sounds or conversations. This is THE iPhone 12 cover for me. I had read a lot of positive reviews about it before the purchase; however, seeing the real thing it even exceeds my expectations.     • UAG is the way to go
I’ve been using the UAG cases on a couple of my devices now. It’s a good, solid, protective case for the phones and well worth the money spent. Wireless charging is a slight issue… it seems like it may be charging but very slowly… and also gets super hot while doing it.
