These refillable paint pens are absolutely brilliant! I recently painted my living room, and I honestly don't know how I would have handled all the little touch-ups without them. They made fixing tiny imperfections so much easier and faster than constantly dragging around a paint tray and brush. The pen-style design is what really makes these stand out. The brush tip is small enough to get into all the little nooks, corners, trim, and tight spaces that a regular paintbrush struggles to reach. You're going to have to clean these brushes between uses, and that's a pain. To get it done properly you're going to have to take it off, and find a way to stabilize the end with the paint while it has no lid on, and that's just a whole mess. If you don't get all the paint out, it's eventually going to dry and clog. All that said, though, a little extra work in that regard means you don't drag out the whole paint can, so it's probably less work overall, meaning you're more likely to take care of little nicks and scuffs in a timely fashion. My star ratings explained: 5 - Outstanding intersection of price and quality, an excellent product for an excellent price. Absolutely recommend. 4 - Good product at a good to reasonable price, no major complaints. It may have some minor flaws or areas for improvement, but I would still generally recommend for most people or for situations specifically covered in the review. Excellent but overpriced products may also land here. 3 - Aggressively mid for some reason, either the product itself, poor enough listing that it impacts customer experience, or price high enough that I would tend not to recommend on that basis. For example, clothing listings with lack of size chart or pieces that do not conform to the size chart may land here, as will clothing with questionable fabric or construction. Jewelry with a listing that plays fast and loose with terminology as compared to the actual product in a mild to moderate way may also land in this range. I do not generally recommend, but there may be some niche circumstances where it would be of potential use. 2 - Not even mid. Something here is not matching up with the description, or the quality is so poor that I cannot in good conscience recommend it in any situation I can think of. Descriptions might be poor enough not only to impact customer experience, but play fast and loose with terminology in a particularly egregious way. 1 - If I'm giving a one-star review, there is something WRONG, and I believe it to be intentional -- eg not the fabric described, not the materials promised (esp with regard to leather, cashmere, silk, or jewelry), or similar issue such that I would tend to recommend avoiding the product altogether. I don't just not-recommend this, I anti-recommend this.

I’m so glad I finally picked these up because I’ve been seeing refillable paint pens everywhere, and now I understand why. As someone who rents, these have been incredibly handy for those little scuffs and marks that inevitably happen, especially with kids. They’re much more convenient than pulling out an entire gallon of paint, finding a brush, and cleaning everything up afterward. I just fill the pen, give it a quick shake before using it, and I’m ready to go. The paint goes on exactly where I need it without making a bigger project out of a tiny touch-up. I also love that this comes as a three-pack. My house has different paint colors in several rooms, so I added a label to each pen and filled them with the matching paint. Now I know exactly which one belongs to which room whenever I need it. The pens are easy to fill, easy to use, and make small touch-ups so much quicker. If you own a home or rent, these are one of those simple tools you’ll be glad to have tucked away in a drawer.

My husband and I are DIYers and painting is a task we’ve done for ourselves over the last 30+ years and 5 different houses we’ve owned. We are clean and particular but life happens so paint touch up is a very necessary task to keep your home clean and well maintained. Instead of dragging out the paint bucket, the stir stick, the small paint cup, and a paint brush… you can just prepare one or two of these to have on hand. Then about every other month, take about 45 mins+ to go through your home and touch up scuff marks. When not in use, store in a cool dry place (temp controlled… not in a storage building or garage). I placed all 3 paint pens and refill tubes into a single sandwich ziploc bag with room to spare. So, storage is a breeze! Arrived quickly and well packaged in a small box. I noticed no odd smells or chemical odors. EXCELLENT quality and meets a very basic (but oh so important) need at an affordable price. I absolutely recommend :)))

This is a set of 3 refillable paint pens for doing touch ups on the wall. They are super small and somewhat confusing to use. There were no directions or instructions included in the package. On the website it describes how to set them up but this twisting the back of the pen is unclear what its purpose is. It comes with 3 syringes used for extracting the paint from the cans and filling up the pen. Each syringe says 'discard after using' so then you have no syringes left and that is confusing because they sell this as a refillable and assuming reusable product. It is a good idea but not so sure about execution.

The UPZIGS refillable touch up paint pen had some mixed results for me. Filling the pen was easy. There is a syringe that you use to fill the pen and you are ready to go - sort of. You have to screw the end to get the paint to come down into the brush, which gives mixed results. Sometimes the paint comes down in a blob and and sometimes it comes down very little. It never really evened out and gave a steady flow. I think it would be alright for very minor spots but it just wasn't very dependable. After playing with it for a bit, I decided to clean it out to see if it was possible. I used just plain water. It cleaned out pretty good. You will need something to remove the nib with the bristles in it. However, after getting it all cleaned out, I realized that the plunger part that you screw up and down to get the paint had broken. So even though I'd cleaned it out, it was trash because it no longer worked and could not be refilled. In the end, the pens will work alright for a single color but I wouldn't plan on cleaning them or refilling them very much because the plunger section isn't very durable. I'd rather use a small brush and a cup with paint. It's easier to get the paint, more dependable, and easier to clean.

I received these "UPZIGS Refillable Touch Up Paint Pens" in a package of three. These are easy to use and come in handy for touching up paint around the house. The nylon brushes are soft and clean up easily afterwards with a quick rinse of water. I like the twist flow control feature which makes it have consistent paint release. These paint pens came in handy when I had to touch up paint on the exterior of my house because we installed a new garage pin pad. I just used the syringe to fill the pens and easily touched up the areas that needed paint. So simple that my kids can help. The quality is excellent for the price and I highly recommend these if you need to touch up paint anywhere in your home. The best part is that these are easy to clean and reusable!
