We reached out to the sellers, and requested to not have to deal with the hassle of a return, but to receive a discount off the original full price of the fridge. They responded in a very timely manner, and gave us a discount that we were satisfied with. Happy customers! See below for original review: The fridge arrived assembled incorrectly (the door was not attached correctly, so it was not closing/sealing correctly, you can see in the photo how there is space in between the door and the fridge), and with several significant dents (dent on the front door, plus dents on the side and top and back). I was able to fix the door attachment issue, so now it closes correctly, but there is nothing that can be done about the dents. We do like the size and function of the fridge. It fits well in the space we want to put it, and the drawer and shelves are well placed/organized. The fridge keeps things cold as it should.

Got the pink one and it's so cute and an awesome color! Arrived almost perfect, it has one tiny dent in the upper back, abouth the size of a US quarter coin, not enough to worry about returning or deducting a star. Interestingly, as others mentioned, the packaging was flawless and undamaged, making me wonder if some of these damages are happening at the production and packaging stage. A couple more noteworthy points not worth deducting a star over: + It has an extremely strong chemical odor inside on arrival. Don't make my mistake and put your food 'n water in there right away. I put an open carafe of water inside to cool overnight, and the water absorbed and became tainted with a very bad taste and smell from the chemicals. Get a couple baking soda boxes (and maybe those activated carbon odor absorbers) and run it with those in there for a day or two. It might not hurt to give the interior surfaces a good damp wipe down then a dry wipe down too. + There's no light...lol. Yes I knew this going in, but it truly is dark in there with no lamp. It seems to me that adding a light couldn't add more than a few dollars to production costs, and I bet consumers would gladly pay an additional $5 if it had a light, just an LED or two would be enough. I'll probably rig up a rechargeable magnet-activated switch lamp that can activate when the door opens, but not a lot of customers will have the skills to do that. + It struggles to hold a standard height milk or water gallon jug or a Brita filter carafe. There's plenty of room, but you have to put the gallon jug or carafe onto the lowest shelf and then raise the adjustable shelf up high. On the highest shelf adjustment, it clears the jug/carafe just fine but then there's just a tiny tiny bit of space on that upper shelf. You can put the shelf on the second highest position, but then the shelf rests precisely on the jug/carafe and you have to kinda fight with it to get it in and out. The solution is just to buy smaller milk/water and a smaller Brita filter carafe, but just know this is a limitaiton. Overall am very happy and would buy again or recommend!

Seems to be working as it should and fits nicely where we wanted to put it. However it sucks when you purchase brand new & when you open the box first thing you see is scratches and of course they are on top so not easily to cover up.

I love that it's small, easy to clean, easy to move, apparently low energy cost. The freezer portion basically sucks though. Besides it being so small you can't really fit anything much, I've had the refrigerator cranked to the coldest setting and it just doesn't get things frozen. At best, it'll be slightly frosted. So if you can fit a pint of ice-cream for example, it will stay cold, but will slightly melt at the least and then make the carton soggy and then break through and cause a mess. My best method is to rotate the ice cream (it has to sit on its side to fit) so it doesn't settle in one area and break through via soggy container.
