I have no idea if these are even remotely useful as an actual hiking boot. Sweaty, outdoor, woodsy, hiking/camping and related activities, not my jam. I am 1,000% city boy to my core. Every other pair of shoes I own are light, comfy loafers. But I live in Boston, and we have a thing called winter. Needed an actual, proper boot for snowy, icy, miserable freezing rain, icky slushy nightmare season. Took a chance on these, and it absolutely paid off. Super comfortable, shockingly waterproof, warm and insulated but without being stuffy and unbreathable. I also drive Über for 12 hours at a time, and they’re super comfortable to drive in. Again, no idea if they hold up out on the trails or survive in the wild, but if you’re just looking for a comfortable boot that keeps your feet dry, go for it.

Great you very comfortable very light very warm. The only problem is the soaker water like a sponge. He stepped in a puddle and it’s game over you’re doing the one with shoe waddle. Nothing a little wax can’t take care of. Great shoe though I would buy again

I can't complain for the price. It's warm, comfortable for light strolling, it's light weight, I sprayed some water proofing and it seems to do ok. Though it lacks arch support, so I wouldn't push myself in these boots.

This Upsolo boot is what it is. A very cheap boot. For the price you get a boot. Not much support - add an insole if you want. For this price people really shouldn’t expect a product that has all the bells and whistles. I use mine for camping. It’s great around the campsite. I leave them laced up loosely and can slip my feet in and out as I’m going into the tent. I also use them on my electric bike for winter riding. They are perfect for that and keep my feet warm.

I read one review that said these run small, and I hesitated to order because only size 12 was available and I wear 11. So I ordered them thinking I can return them if they aren't right. But I was surprised that the 12 is only slightly big. So I wore them on a hike with my dog, and when I got home I put in insoles and laced them up tighter, and they fit well and feel comfortable. I have some heavier boots for snow and cold, and those definitely have thicker faux fur inside. These are warm but not THAT warm, even with thick winter socks, but they are pretty comfortable, and for the price, I will wear them until they fall off. As for "waterproof", haven't been able to test that aspect yet. UPDATE: Two months to the exact day the sole is separating and falling off the right shoe. So as I mentioned above I wore them until they literally fell off. So I ordered another pair to get me through the rest of the winter - I need them DAILY since I take my dog out for a run every day, and that means either snow or mud. Unfortunately, the replacements LEAVE HORRIBLE BLACK MARKS ON THE FLOOR.

These boots are super comfortable and warm especially for the price. The only issue is that they are sold as "water resistant". Don't be fooled, they aren't at all resistant to water. My sneakers do a better job keeping the water out. But if you stay away from water they're a great everyday boot.
