Organization That Works (Art Supplies Edition)

Now with labeled containers and better organization, we can actually find what we're looking for. The clear design means everything is easily visible—no mystery about what's inside or what needs restocking. The kids know where everything is, nothing mysteriously disappears never to be seen again, and we're not digging through chaos when they want to create. The lightweight design makes it easy to move the boxes from one place to another, and the kids can actually open and close them without frustration. I love that they stack on top of each other and stay securely in place—no shifting or toppling. I know things will need to be reorganized regularly—kids are messy in nature, and that's just part of the deal. But now everything is easily seen and easily accessible, which makes a real difference for our neurodivergent family. Visual clarity and simple access mean less frustration when someone wants to grab scissors or find their favorite color marker. One future improvement would be if they stacked perfectly on their side too, but honestly, that's a minor note on an otherwise solid product. Worth the change. Plus, the kids create more when supplies aren't buried and forgotten.

Almost perfect but would not rely on latch system if there might be rough use.

Overall good product and good price for what you get. Unexpected pleasant surprise was finding the symbol of a class and fork imprinted on the bottom of the boxes. According to Siri this means it is safe to put food into these boxes. While the lids so have mechanical latches at the top end of each box I wish the latches were a tighter/snugger fit. When the latches are not in place the lid is a loose fit and will fall off if the box is turned over. If the box is going to just sit on a shelf with limited action the latches will most likely work fine. If I were putting one of these boxes, full of something, or maybe a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, into a backpack or in a canoe, anywhere where it might get knocked around I'd want to put a rubberband around the box, lengthwise, just to make sure that the latches stay in place and do their job of keeping the lid in place and closed.
